Understaffed, overwhelmed employees. They were doing their jobs just fine, but lord someone needs to come save them. Raw chicken sitting out on a tray. Store a mess. Won’t be coming back. Terrified people will get food poisoning. It’s unfortunate because moes used to be FANTASTIC. Prices high but low quality food.

We ordered delivery through the app. 2 out of our 3 items were wrong. After being on the phone for almost 10 minutes i was placed on hold atleast 3 times before a different person got on the phone and told me I have to complain to the delivery partner and not through them. Then why did I just waste 10 minutes on the phone with these people??? Maybe if they made the orders right to begin with these problems wouldn't happen. I'd like to be contacted. If I am not, I will reach out to higher lead ship if necessary.

As soon as you walked in you could tell the workers were not happy. It was 8:30 and there were 5-6 people in line on top of the people sitting down to eat. We sat down to eat around 8:40. Before we sat down the workers were yelling across the store at each other about how if certain things weren’t done that it was there fault even though they were busy until closing. Okay understandable, inappropriate but understandable. One worker in particular you could tell was not happy, she was cleaning the entire place, getting ready for close. Some people sat down at tables that had already been cleaned and pushed in because there wasn’t enough room (we did not). She came near us to clean a table that had already been cleaned and SLAMMED the table against the booths. My infant was in her car seat in booth next to where she slammed. She was just as startled as we were. I would’ve been able to ignore her ignorance if my child wasn’t sitting in the booth. Bottom line, emotions run high in the food service, but don’t take it out on the customers.

First, the staff did a fine job but they are stuck serving the food that Moe's dictates. I haven't been in a while and when I saw the Rational ovens I should have known it would be worse. These exist to dumb down the operation. No more grill or burners I guess. No more actual cooking. Now it's steam roasting. Well the proof is in the lack of flavor development. The steak was definitely not worth upgrade. The peppers and onions seem to be precut and whatever firming agent or preservative really effects the flavor. This was once a better chain but now, not.

This place here sucks..... Food was terrible info speak with manager and tell him how bad food was he says I'm sorry 😔 like why is it so bad?? No response of saying I make it better or anything people working there looked to be high or on some type of drug but who knows anyone terrible place to eat period!!!!!!! Don't deserve a 1 star way there food was when I seen way it looks told my wife lets goooo after it was too late smh why this fast food places don't care about how our food is after it's already costly to eat out these days and they just keep serving sloo just sad

Advertise for Moe's Monday on the front door, ask for Moe's Monday burrito, employee makes burrito, only to get to register where another employee advises they do not do Moe's Monday anymore? What a mess this place is

We’ve been coming almost weekly for a month or so. Vincent is always so nice and makes every item like he is making it for himself, great ratios and not all blobbed up and mushy. He keeps the vibe upbeat and pleasant, and our toddler likes talking to him too!

Uncooked rice throughout both my meal and my partners. I’ve cooked lots of rice and don’t understand how someone can ruin that task. Super disappointed after spending $25 and a tip for the food. Do better.

This Moe’s location messes up online orders over and over again. I do not eat dairy, and I specifically do not order cheese when eating here. Regardless, the staff puts cheese on all items despite not ordering it. Moe’s does not allow for special instructions which is frustrating as well, as I would specify no cheese if that were an option.
