Walked into this place thinking it was the same as the one on August rd in Greenville. I was totally WRONG. They had food mixed with other food, and it was just a mess. I would rather stick to the one on August rd it's much better than this location. Sorry, Moe's, yall have to do better.

Small portions and poor service, unfilled bowl and no utensils in bag. I had to go back twice, still wasn’t satisfied. Will not be visiting again.
Decent food, not worth the price or hassle.

Used to love this place and went just about every Monday. Slowly stopped going as often because the prices went up, then they made the “Moe Monday” deal available only if you had a membership, and the deal doesn’t even include a drink anymore. Their app doesn’t doesn’t work and won’t let me deliver an order, but ordering on their website doesn’t give you the deal, and you apparently can’t order delivery over the phone. Very disappointed how hard it is to order from here and how much their prices have gone up while giving you less.

I’ve worked near this place for a little over a year. When i first started eating here because its in walking distance of my job there was a different manager, and everything was different in a good way. Lately, the chicken is overcooked and my rice is either too mushy or CRUNCHY!! They don’t keep veggies cooked and on standby in case they run out. Today the service was TRASH! I’m not sure of the dudes name that checked me out, but if he doesn’t wanna work there he needs to quit. First, he didn’t want to finish making my bowl at the cold section because he was doing something else or whatever. He takes my food to the register, doesn’t greet me , doesn’t ask would I like a drink or anything. He then proceeds to fix my chips, and I politely asked could he add some salt to my bag of chips because they don’t put enough. His facial expression and mannerisms were disgusting when I asked for that one simple request. I had to tell him add on a drink , and he didn’t give me a receipt! It’s starting to make me want to take my business elsewhere!!

When I first started going to Moe’s 5 years ago when I moved, the food was not good. Undercooked tofu and meat and beans and bad portions and we would go to the Haywood road one. Recently in 2024, I noticed a change in management and revamping of the place and the food got much better! The chips have improved but still sometimes are overcooked

I will not go back to this Moe's in Simpsonville service wasn't good at all first the girl that served me was rude then she said they ran out of vegetables then she put four vegetables on my plate I saw the other lady bring some more up there she didn't get none for me I have a friend that own two Moe's in greenville this has never happened then charge me all that money for service like this i won't be coming back to this one

Food was fine but definitely overpriced. Customer service was non existent. I had to ask the cashier multiple times to make my order into a meal with a side of queso and a drink. The cashier hardly looked at me or spoke to me other than when I asked him to add a drink and meal to my order. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant yet the workers were so loud that you would have thought the restaurant was half full. When we arrived and ordered one of the workers was laying down on one of the booths taking a nap and when she got up was loudly complaining. The chips were received were cold and broken into crumbled pieces. With how expensive the meal was for two burritos, two drinks and a small queso, we will go somewhere else with better customer service.

Had a disappointing burrito and stack. Both had no meat, and was basically a rice burrito. They forgot our sauces and the meat looked weird. Such a shame with the prices we have to pay now. Rewards don’t work on the app. Just a bad experience all around.

Food was not fresh, they opened at 11am currently leaving this review at 11:32am. They was giving out left over meat and undercooked chicken. I could tell it was leftovers based on the beans and the lines on the pot. This needs to be better my first time walking into moes and the food was leftovers. Nobody was not cooking anything!

Both of our carry out dinners last night were missing several ingredients, including rice which is a main part of the meal. Mine was so dry I had to add tons of sauce. I’ve been to this location three times and all three times the place is so dirty. The counter were you get salsa was nasty. Going to Chipotle from now on even if I have to drive a little further to Mauldin. Do not recommend this location.

Food was horrible. They put big chunks of rice in both of my plates hardly no chicken. Call to the restaurant manager said they have a new rice and it's hard to break apart. I will not return here to eat.
