Just save your money and go somewhere else, steak was burnt and the replacement was like running up and biting a dry cow. Awful!! Had to ask for refills! Horrible experience

Writing this as I sit here with my family listening to vulgar music coming from the kitchen. Our food was brought out at different times so some members were done when others got food. The dining room is filfthy and with plenty of dirty tables.
They also removed their full dining tables so we uncomfortably sat here with our disabled grandfather. Sticking out into the isle.
There was a roach or water bug running across the floor to my grandfathers wheelchair then towards the kitchen. The staff members just watched it roll by.
This was probably my most disappointing Outback experience of my life. The ambiance felt more like a Applebees than an Australian steakhouse.
I like the Australia sign outside but no points for Pinterest ideals.

Listen, I was expecting to wait for an hour by the looks of the parking lot… We sat right down!! 👏🏼 In the past I’ve had crappy service at the Greenville location.. (I hope I don’t butcher her name, I’m sorry if I do) but Rodisha was so amazingggg she even went above and beyond for us!! (Please tell her thank you again) The food in Greenville is also usually over cooked and my husband is very picky about his Prime Rib. It was cooked to perfection!! Great job Simpsonville 🥰🥰 We had an excellent 14yr Anniversary Dinner thanks to you!

My family and I visited Outback today for lunch and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious and Craig took very good care of us. What an upbeat, friendly and just overall fantastic person! If you go definitely try to sit with Craig.

All of the food was good, but the steaks were excellent and tender and we're served very timely. The staff was very nice and attentive - a very positive experience all the way around.
Takeout was meh. Steak was overcooked and fried shrimp were soggy. Won’t be coming back here again

I did a curbside order. The order came out on time when it was expected. It was raining a little but the young lady came out with a smile and was pleasant before running back out the rain.
The food was just ok. I did not have any bread and my steak was overcooked. I did not call and complain I ate it. But the next morning I had a text asking to take a survey. I rated them and made the same complaint on my food. Within minutes I recieved a text from someone at outback about the feedback and they rectified the issue. I appreciate someone following up and caring to make it right. Hope they keep this up.

I ordered the Filet and Lobster combo from the simpsonville location and my lobster was slimey and undercooked. The steak was not seasoned. Salad was good along with baked potato. Won’t go back.
