The service at this particular location is just really bad. Constantly messing up orders, constantly charging for items they don’t include. ESPECIALLY if you come any time within two hours of closing. I have ordered a sandwiches from this location, and they won’t tell you if they’re out of ingredients so it’s always a surprise plus sometimes they’ll just decide to give you 1 teaspoon of meat

I'm So disappointed this morning with my first visit here. I took a extra 15 minutes out of my commute to get breakfast from this location and I will not be returning. The service was slow for what I ordered. The food was not what I am accustomed to at other Panera's.

The store just opened and you can see they don't do much cleaning at close. Food under the table.beside us and napkins under the one behind it. Tables dirty
It was delicious however I docked the atmosphere 1 star because of the lack of cleanliness of table and surrounding area. I know you're expected to throw away trash and put up plates but do they clean or do we do that too? I'll revise if it's patron responsibility.

I had an amazing experience at this Panera yesterday! The girl in drive thru with glasses yesterday was amazing, she greeted me in a kindly manner and apologized for the wait and to my surprise she had given me a free pastry when I had opened the bag!

A bit disappointed in this Panera, I've always found Panera to have high consistency across all the different locations I've been to. Unfortunately it seems the one closest to me breaks the mold. For the 3rd time now, my mobile order was either wrong, missing things, or in the most recent case... this location couldn't locate my order at all, and after almost 10 minutes they found it sitting somewhere in the back but refused to remake it. Not unsurprisingly I arrived home only to find they hadn't included the 3 bags of chips that were part of the order.
The food seems to be prepared fine. It just seems the staff has a lack of customer focus and lack of care. Im disappointed that I have to argue with the staff for a mistake they made, and to find out yet again my order was prepared wrong... im not sure what im paying for....
This will probably be my last time at this location, and im going to do my best to tell people to visit other panera locations.
