worst service I have ever had sat in the Drive-Thru still sitting in drive-thru currently it's been about 30 minutes ordered it 4550 minutes ago online one pizza one topping got here she said it was coming out the oven and been sitting here ever since for the past like 35 minutes this is ridiculous I will never go to this location again I will hit Fairview road but not 14 they don't answer the phone I sat in the car for 30 minutes and nobody came to the window once I do not recommend this place at all worst service I ever had hell at this point Little Caesars is better

Found out after an ordered Papa John’s partnered with DoorDash which Dash, not good. Pizza shows up cold and over an hour after ordering, when initially said it would be 35 minutes.

Ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered an hour and a half after the order was placed. It was a very basic order of cheese and pepperoni. The delivery was 49 minutes late. Not a single word to even acknowledge we had waited on our food.
The staff makes the effort to personalize the service.

This is my favorite pizza place hands down. Their pizzas always hit the spot, and their employees are good people. I got a flat tire in the parking lot and one of the employees actually came out to help. You dont see that alot
