When we got our pizza it wasn’t the correct order. It was missing the extra sauce requested and looked a little thin on the extra cheese. The kind lady Demari, offered to remake it quickly and accurately and she did just that. The next pizza looked perfect and it was super hot. Can’t wait to eat it. Very nice people in Papa Johns located in Simpsonville place , oppositely than the one located in Howell road. Very big difference with the quality of the food , Price, treats people ,etc.
I was having issues with my order on the papa John app where my card was deducted but glitched on the app anyways Mr Kyle was very helpful and friendly and helped me out with the pizza! Thanks Kyle I appreciate the kindness!
