Ordered two large pizzas, got two medium. Asked for "extra sauce" and barely got any sauce at all. The quality of this chain has dropped off a cliff.

I stop every Friday for pizza for the trip to the beach during the summer. Of all of the weekends in the summer, they only got my order right twice. I order square cut because it's easier to handle while driving. Sometimes they give me regular cut. One week they didn't cut it at all! I order garlic stuffed crust, I get thin crust. Extra spicy garlic cups, and get barbecue. I always ordered online, and a couple of times I had to still wait 45 minutes for my order. Next year I'll order from the Newberry or Columbia store like I did last year and pick it up on the way down. This store just needs to close.

This place sucks! I placed an order for a extra large peperoni and mushroom pizza through the app. I received an email and text for my order. I live 20 minutes away so I got in my car to head to Papa Johns to pick up my pizza and they claim they never received my order even after the confirmation I received. If I could I would give them a zero star. I'm heading to Domino's now!

Ordered today. I ordered an ULTIMATE PEPPERONI PIZZA and received barely the normal amount of pepperonis. They charge $4 more for ultimate over regular pepperoni and cheated me. I’ve had this pizza several times and I know how it should be. Also, do not get the boneless “wings” they are literally Tyson nuggets with lightly drizzled buffalo, look nothing like the pictures used on the website.

We have eaten here on and off since they opened and have a wide variety of amazing pizza to awful. However they are on a streak of terrible pizzas and we are not going to go back. The consistency is all over the place, which is unfortunate because I do prefer Papa John's when done right.
