We ordered pizza and they were out of the crust we wanted so the store called us to change the order. They fixed order, charged us again and then never placed the new order. Long story short, we never got any pizza. We were never offered anything for the hours we wasted trying to figure out where the pizza went. We are not going to order from here again. Descent food, but horrific customer service. Should be zero stars.

Initially placed order on website but no way to make a couple of modifications we wanted. Placed order and attempted to call local store to request the modification. Call went to a central call center and answered by person barely able to speak English. Person assured order would be modified as requested, IT WASN'T.

I have visited this location a couple of times wants to dine in and also to pick up doordash delivery orders and every time the food is good and the employees are very friendly I also enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere it reminds me of an old Pizza
I ordered the my hut box with the personal pan pizza and six boneless wings honey barbecue sauce. The boneless wings was too hard and cold. I also order a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. Which came with a little to no marinara sauce which in turn made the pizza dry to eat and to taste. The only thing that was worth eating for $30 was the personal pan pizza which was hot and juicy and taste it well.

Every item was wrong. Pizza had several toppings it shouldn't have, thus inedible. The wings were very nearly raw. The bread sticks were not cooked and completely gooey dough in the center. And was very expensive. For an entire meal we couldn't eat.
