I originally had a disappointing experience at Pure Juice Bar. There was only one person ahead of me, yet it took 18 minutes to get my order. I had also paid an extra $1.50 for blue spirulina, expecting it to be blended into the base (as shown in their advertised bowl), but it was just lightly sprinkled on top. I left feeling frustrated and like I didn’t get what I paid for.

However, after leaving a review, the team responded and invited me to come back so...
