Not good at all! Our order was wrong and they charged us for toppings and sides we never received. Amazing how Sidewall went from good to horrible so quickly.

First of all, the service was excellent, waitress was pleasant and very helpful. We had the Smoky salad, then the Tommy's pizza. I give them both 5 stars, and will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of spending my son's birthday here. It was in the late afternoon and the GM, Becky, made us feel like honored guests. The breadsticks/knots were impeccably cooked, the golden sauce for dipping was delicious and the pizza was spectacular! The service was perfection, and the food was delectable. Don't forget to join the Birthday Club....you'll be glad that you did!!!

Very friendly staff - especially the bar! The pizza was super fresh and I loved that it was more of a thin crust instead of those super doughy thick pizza dough pies... fun choices and delicious food.

Every sidewall I've been to has been to has been fairly decent, but this one is a little different and not in a good way. The service isn't that great, 2/3 pizzas were burnt and a little cold, and it took a whole hour before we got anything. I've been to this place about 4 other times, and it never gets better. Go to another location if you want their best quality.Update: My sister ordered a gulten free pizza, and we've been waiting an hour and still no sign of it. ?Features: No masks, one table for outdoor seating, small restaurant.

The food is good but every time I order at Five Forks, even ordering ahead of time by 1 hr for a pizza to be ready at a certain time, I have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. Today I order 2 pizza 1 hr prior for pickup at 5:30. It wasn't ready until 5:44. What is the point of ordering ahead then?!

Placed a pickup order over the phone, my husband went to pick it up and they said it didn't exist even though I double checked that I called the five forks location, and the guy on the phone said "sidewall pizza at five forks". then waited another 25 minutes only to get a cold pizza. What the heck

No where to place a complaint on their website, so I will use Google. The service here is just bad. Their food is good, but what good is a to go order if every time you come in they have to make it. The last 4 times I've gone in, I've had to wait. Some time they are busy, so I get it, maybe their online ordering system has wrong time. But EVERY time, even the slow times. And having to wait 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready 30 min prior is just bad. This time I came in and hour after my order was placed and they still can't get to the order in time. It's frustrating. And more frustrating that I had to post a review just to get someone's attention.

Unfortunately our patience with this local restaurant has worn out. From their very beginning, there were struggles with wait times and friendly staff. We’ve gone through rudeness, long waits, mistakes on our order, pizzas coming out 45 minutes apart from the rest of the order, and all of this never so much as brings a single apology when staff is made aware. Tonight was the end of the road for us. And we hate placing a negative review for a local TR restaurant. This is our home. We love the many local restaurants in TR. We were out for the night with baby sitters at home with our small child, finally ready for a date night. We checked hours at Sidewall. Google said they were open till 9. Their own website said 9:30. And here on Facebook it says they are open till 10. We were greeted by the hostess at 8:15. When we asked the wait times for a seat, she told us they were no longer seating customers. Sorry. Come another time. They clearly had tables open, kitchen open and people being served. They closed to new customers either an hour or two hours before the published close time. She didn’t say they were short staff either. Guess they were just done with working for the night. We’re done too.

I can’t thank sidewall pizza in Five Forks enough for their hospitality and generosity towards me and my two kids. This was our first time here, the food was absolutely amazing, but the customer service was even better. 5 stars! Will definitely be back.

Service was good. PIZZA was good. And so was the beer. We sat at the bar inside. Just did not expect to pay $80 (incl. Tip) for 1 med size pizza, 2 house salads, and 4 draft beers.

The staff was great and brought out my pickup order on time, however I received the wrong pizza completely which had a difference of $5 for extra toppings but received a simple one. I haven’t had this experience with Sidewall before so it was pretty disappointing so I likely won’t be returning to this location.
