Highly disappointed. This was our first and last time at Sidewall in Simpsonville,the service was horrible along with the food,it took forever for our food to come out and our server was never around half the time. If you want the worst dining experience come here!

We’ve visited the other Sidewall in Greenville and have had amazing dining experiences with the family. Well yesterday we decided to bring family visiting from out of town for Labor Day, but since the other Sidewalls were closed we went to the Simpsonville location and we were so disappointed with the service there. The waitstaff was completely disengaged and made us feel unwelcome. We ordered to go initially but then decided to eat there so we can give them the full experience. What a mistake! I asked for my salad twice and it never came, then when we paid I asked her to remove it from the bill but she said “I can give you the salad now.” Ummmm no thanks, you’re an hour late We won’t be coming back to this location even though it’s closer to us. Such a shame because the other locations are very friendly and the staff is so attentive.

I appreciate the $10 coupon I get on my birthday But I wish Sidewall had more than one pizza size. Or if I could use the coupon for things other than pizza.

We are regulars at the Simpsonville on Main. We always order pizza with DOUBLE mushroom. Today we ordered our usual pizza and a wedge salad. There were mushrooms for a single order pizza. Major disappointment. The salad was not what we usually see. It was very small and the lettuce was not as fresh as it should be. I took a picture of it for reference.

Ate here this afternoon and wanted to say that the staff was amazing as well as the pizza. Even though there were three servers, one person running food out of the kitchen, and one cook (from what I can tell) with the place packed, they all did a wonderful job. My sever specifically, Will, was great and made sure my family and I were taken care of even though he had back to back parties of 12-20 people. Pizza was amazing as usual, ordered the Bacon pizza and had an order of breadsticks. Great job by the servers and kitchen staff, yall killed it today!
I'm not one to leave reviews, but I wanted to highlight the staff and how they handled every customer and situation with a smile and friendly service as far as I could tell while my time there.

Pre- gaming for my Birthday and I was not disappointed- staff and food were both a-mazing! The protein pizza was a hit.
Another great location to sidewall. Similar size and feel to Pelham Rd location. Food and service was great. Salad, pizza, and ice cream on point.

I came in at 5:10 to order a pizza to go. . I am still Sitting here waiting for my one pizza at 6:20. Apparently there was a large order . The waiter who took my order will not look at me.
What a disappointment especially since I am thinking of moving to the area. The meal should have been compensated and kind words should have been spoken. VERY sad to post this.

Sidewall is a family favorite! Their gluten-free pizzas are insanely good - you can get virtually any pizza made on gluten-free crust! We've never had an issue with cross-contamination. They do a great job ensuring gluten-free eaters can enjoy their meal. The gluten-free breadsticks are a real treat, too! Save room for ice cream (my favorite is the vegan chocolate)!

The bathrooms disgusted me! The floor was gross and had toilet paper on the ground. Garbage can lid was on the ground. Overall really dirty but and had no urinal. There were only 2 stalls! #bathroomReviewer
