Went in for my smoothies I ordered online waited 30 mins for them, when I received them they both was wrong after 30.00 later I have contacted this store with no manager available, called the store his employee who over and over expressed to all customers she had no clue what she was doing told me he was at guess what NO manager there either! Have called corporate and guess what no call back there yet either !! Never go to the Simpsonville location clearly no one cares about there job nor customers and when you call to fix the issue no one is available!! DO BETTER

My experience here was wonderful. The staff were kind, attentive, and very competent. Even when it gets busy, they make sure to always make your order right. One of the staff, Isabella, was especially kind. She answered all of my questions and brought me my smoothie in a timely manner. In addition, this place was by far the cleanest Smoothie King I have been to. The counters were cleaned and stocked, and the bathrooms were spotless. This will be my go to smoothie place from now on.

I ordered a PB Swizzle Bowl. The picture below is what I received after I had to inform the person working that she had left multiple items out of the bowl. I waited almost 20 minutes on this bowl be completed. I visit this location often and I’ve never received an item that was just thrown together like my food was today. I’m highly disappointed and unsatisfied with how my experience went today.

I went to this business on 2/12/2025 for smoothie. The smoothie did not taste right. I was not satisfied with the smoothie. The company offers customer satisfaction guaranteed if you are not stratified with your smoothie, they will remake it. The employee remade the smoothie. The remake of the smoothie still did not taste right. After the 2nd remake I discovered on the receipt the employee did not ring up the smoothie correctly and I had been overcharged. I contacted the store manager while in the store. She requested that I come while she was there to get the refund and to get a remake. I returned to the store on 2/24/2025 to get the remake and the refund. After the remake of the smoothie the store manager Faith told me she was informed that I would not be able to be serviced unless she was the store. I asked her who informed her of this and she said Brian the owner. When I first entered the store, nobody was in the store. The manager did not inform me of this information until after a customer entered the store and she was not discreet when informing me of this information. The manager has my personal contact information as I communicate with her on 2/12/2025. After I left the store, I advised her by phone and text message to let her know that she could have informed me of this by phone as it had been three weeks since the incident. I advised her that not only was it unprofessional, but I was humiliated and embarrassed. She informed me during the phone conversation that the owner said that I could not be serviced at all at this location and that she wanted to stay out of it, but the owner instructed her to deliver the information. I feel as though the act and manner this information was delivered to me was intentional. It was to humiliate and hurt me. I am being discriminated against by the company.

I haven't pulled out of the parking lot yet due to seeing the need to make this review immediately. There were 2 employees working here tonight. One trainer (girl with purple jacket) and one trainee (guy with green shirt). The trainee was trying very hard to accomplish as many tasks as possible and all the trainer would do was complain and belittle to guy in front of all the customers waiting for their smoothies. I have see some rough workplaces but this young lady needs to be let go from her job. How dare you talk to someone like that!! The guy was trying his best and she was literally yelling at him like he was an idiot. Throwing objects into the sink and startling customers. Extremely unprofessional! I told the guy that he's doing a great job, to keep his head up and to not let it get to him which made him smile. I'm beyond disappointed in this lady's behavior toward him. Someone PLEASE take care of this situation!!!!

My husband my kids and i all came into smoothie king the other day Nathan greeted us with a smile and he was very polite to us, and very patient with my kids.with such good customer service, and the best smoothies around i will be for sure coming back!!!
