How are you going to have corn dogs on national corn dog day and not provide MUSTARD.. in the past 4 months I have gone to this sonic ordered corn dogs a dozen or more times asked for mustard and haven’t received ANY. This time I was given honey MUSTARD. Simple task. Provide MUSTARD with your corn dogs or stop selling them. If you don’t know to serve MUSTARD with your corn dogs you shouldn’t be serving corn dogs to anyone. Listen to Kendrick Lamar… MUSTAAAAAAAAARD!

Ordered a single cherry limeade through the app and i sat in the pickup stall for 40 MINUTES just waiting for a drink and other people where getting there orders before me who arrived after me. Had to walk up to the door to get it and they handed me one that had sat there long enough to get watered down from the ice. it was the worst experience i ever had at a Sonic before. Another lady had to go through the drive through just to get her mobile order as well and we waited around the same amount of time. The guy who was taking food out to cars was polite when i went to get my drink but he seemed to be lost because we was taking wrong orders out to people and forgetting things.

First burger was wet and cold, was told they made me a fresh one but that was wet and cold again. Meanwhile I can overhear employees arguing with customers. Not sure what has happened to this Sonic, probably needs new management or something. Let’s hope I don’t get food poisoning from the two bites I took.

Pulled in, ordered a single drink, and proceeded to wait like 7 minutes for this one item. When it came out, the cup wasn't even full! My dad took it in, and the worker explained that the drink was partially empty because it had fizzed over... but he did kindly fix it, at least!

Hey man, it's a Sonic. Not quite sure what you were expecting, but it's always the way I expect it and why I always end up here a few times a year. Always here for when you overdid it the night before.

Their drive-thru times have got to be astronomical. No matter what time it is, no matter how many cars are in line - you aren’t getting out of there in less than 10 minutes. The drinks are worth it but not the food. It’s rarely hot, even the made to order items like mozzarella sticks. Hate this cuz Sonic used to be the spot.

Placed an order in drive thru. Was not informed until at the window the gift card reader was broke and had BEEN broken. The employee said they have notified corp several times w no resolution. A simple paper on the menu indicating acceptable payments would prevent conflictions in transactions . I logged a complaint w customer service after 4 attempts and no solution they said call the store direct which I was then told by the employee “the
Manager may not call you back today, that’s how he is”. Poor service and I was overall advised to go to the store directly to get a solution.

I have contacted the customer support team 5 times and am told every time I have to call the store direct. As the owner replying can you not just proactively contact me.

I’ve gone to the sonic on so many occasions and it is always 50-50. You either get great food and fast service, or you get the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE and the COLDEST burgers. I placed a mobile order at 3:24. It was supposed to be ready by 3:29. I finally got my food at 3:37 and not only was my burger made wrong, but It was EXTREMELY cold. This is ridiculous. The food is good when it’s made fresh, but not making sure the burgers are AS FRESH as the fries is insane. I KNOW there are procedures in place to ensure that. Hire ups need to do a clean sweep of incompetent employees and hire people that ACTUALLY CARE about the job and all it entails. ESPECIALLY the red head that looks like a teenager✋🏾

Whoever the manager was on 1/15/25 at the Simpsonville Sonic needs to be FIRED of trained on customer service one! As someone who literally comes to this sonic once or more a week I absolutely will not be back because of today. I tried to put in my order for a Ocean Water (with happy hour anytime on app) and small pickle fry which came out to $6.68 so when I was told $9 and some change I asked if I was receiving happy hour drink. The front lady goes and grabs the store manager and I showed her the app was down but I had it for $6.68 on the app. With all she replies is “yeah in store is 2-4 but the app is down” and then literally turns and walks away. So I’m refused happy hour because SONICS app is down?
Anyways , awful experience and awful pick for a manager.
