Not sure why this one takes 3x longer than any other location in the area. With 4 locations within a 5 mile radius and this one takes by far the longest even when they’re not as busy as the rest. I’ve seen other locations have a line around the building and a full lobby and you will still get your coffee within 10 minutes. I have never waited any less than 20 minutes for coffees from this location. Also, the coffees always taste off compared to the other locations. No matter what you order it just doesn’t taste as good.

We had a long wait between appointments, so we decided to visit Starbucks. It is the largest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. The coffee and cookie was better than remember. We dropped a cookie and a counter person noticed; she picked up the half, and replaced it with one and a half, free, to make up for it. Very generous and friendly staff.

This Starbucks coffee shop on Fairview Rd is slightly larger than some Starbucks stores. The friendly staff makes me feel at home. Plus, depending on who's making your special drinks, you'll get a personalized message on your cup, which is what really makes my day when I stop here.

Someone was complaining about waiting too long and it caused me more of an inconvenience to listen to them than it was to wait. I’ll admit it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a simple drink but these workers always look so stressed, let’s have patience! Maybe a little more staff would help
So, I get if you’re busy, you’re busy, I got you. My entire working career has been in the food industry. However, being ungreeted, ignored, and rushed through my order, I have little sympathy.

My drink is always perfect. My only complaint is that I wish they would look up occasionally and maybe acknowledge people that are walking in for mobile orders. Also, when they put the mobile order out, they don’t usually holler out the name so a lot of people just sitting there when their drinks are already finished

Horrible service! My sister and I went through the drive-through and ordered two hot coffees. One of them was handed to us without a sleeve, and the lid wasn’t secured properly. As I passed it to my sister in the passenger seat, the coffee spilled all over her and inside my car. She now has burn marks on her legs.
When I tried to get help, the employee slammed the window shut and refused to return. I had to wave down another worker, who opened the window, rolled her eyes at me, and handed me napkins after I explained what happened. Before I could ask for a remake of the spilled coffee (which was now half gone), she slammed the window again.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If Starbucks allows its employees to behave like this, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend visiting this location.

This specific location never makes the order correct. The crew is not approachable and very rude if you ask for them to remake it. I've tried many different occasions over a few years and always disappointed. I'd rather go into the one inside target.
