This specific location never makes the order correct. The crew is not approachable and very rude if you ask for them to remake it. I've tried many different occasions over a few years and always disappointed. I'd rather go into the one inside target.
Had an amazing experience here! Bailey took care of me and was so patient while I struggled with ordering my drink. Can not wait to come visit again.
I had a very poor customer service experience today. I went through the drive-thru to grab some breakfast. The server gave their standard greeting to the man in the car ahead of me, and at the end of their message, they referred to the customer as “girly.” I thought I might have misheard, so I shrugged it off.
But when I pulled up to place my order, the server used the same term to greet me. I’m not a “girly,” and I don’t appreciate that kind of greeting. It felt unprofessional and inappropriate.
I called the store to speak with a manager about the issue. I was told no manager was available, but that I was speaking with a shift supervisor. I explained what the greeting was and why I found it unprofessional. Rather than acknowledge my concern, the shift supervisor dismissed it. She compared being called “girly” to how a group of women might be greeted with, “Hey guys, how’s it going?”
That’s not a fair or accurate comparison. “Guys” has been a common colloquialism for decades. “Girly” is not. It’s not a standard greeting, and it carries a tone that can feel patronizing or condescending, especially when used toward someone it clearly doesn’t apply to.
The shift supervisor minimized and invalidated my concern instead of listening and taking it seriously.
If being greeted that way doesn’t bother you, great, enjoy this Starbucks. But if it does, I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere. I know I will be.
I am a frequent Starbucks flyer & never have I done a review. This will be my first, on Feb 20th your morning shift wrote the cutest messages on my drink & sandwich bags, I didn’t have the money to tip them well enough like I would have wanted to but I DO want to let them know that message made my whole day & I appreciate y’all! Whoever is your manager is managing UP! #StayPositive
This store is the worst store I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend anyone coming here zero out of 10 ! For everything

I pay 6-7 dollars for a cup of cold foam ?????????????? Such a waste of money do they not know how to make a drink????
Came through drive the first time and they gave me an egg and cheddar protein box that was opened and the food was messed with like someone stuck their fingers in the fruit and egg. They offered me another one which I took, got all the way back to work just to discover that it has mold on it and that it was expired. Talked to the manager he apologize, I didn’t even want my money back or another replacement just want people to be aware and check your food always!
Solid front to back. Transaction was timely. Drinks came out correct and quick. Location was clean. Spot on to take 15 to gather.

Bathrooms filthy with low traffic in the store. Stopped for instant coffee, no inventory. Coffee I ordered and service were good. C’mon Starbucks, clean it up and stock it up for us?
Very slow service, I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and there weren't many customers to say it was because of demand.
always fast and courteous. get there early before they run out of all the seasonal favs, stocking at all locations seems to be an issue
It is December. Went to order a medium Christmas blend dark around 12noon. They stopped serving that coffee at 11am! I ordered a Pike instead and it tasted like it was there for several hours and burnt. Also, ordered a banana nut loaf (heated) and it was dry. This by far my worst experience at a Starbucks. The brand is better than what is being served at this facility.
