I can't rate the food, because they took so long that I drove off, along with half of the other cars that were in the drive thru line. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru in the afternoon, I might could understand waiting in the morning. This is a terrible location. Fountain Inn is a million times better.

I love my Fairview Road Starbucks, and I love their barista, Megan! She is the absolute best, top tier customer service, and any drink she makes is a 10/10. (Also, I love you Starbucks for setting an example and dropping the upcharge on plant based milks. You have a customer for life🫔)

I ordered a white chocolate mocha and my drink tasted like hot water. On top of that I had to wait in line for 13 minutes over the apps promised time. That is absolutely ridiculous and then for my drink to taste that awful was beyond disappointing.

The staff at this location does a very good job. Drink is typically made correctly in a reasonable amount of time. My one complaint about this store is every time I'm in the cafe the music is extremely loud. Can almost always hear it over my noise cancellation headphones. Because this is such a large location with the speakers so far away from the staff, I get it, but all the customer tables are on the front side of the building where the speakers are and the volume is difficult to work through.

went on christmas day and got our drinks in under 30 minutes, i wanted to review this store 5 stars in fear the impatient people from today would review bomb the place for the wait time. the baristas and staff were so helpful, kind and quick with orders. others were standing around making a scene as if they didn’t come on the busiest day ever. i hope everyone here had a good christmas and got home safely today, thank you to all the baristas who work at this location!

I was in town and stopped by this Starbucks, and the whole environment was great from start to finish. The store felt welcoming, clean, and relaxed, which made it an easy place to unwind for a bit. V played a huge part in that atmosphere. They were friendly, attentive, and set such a positive tone for the entire space. My drink was made perfectly, and everything flowed smoothly without feeling rushed. You can tell V genuinely cares about both the customers and the overall vibe of the store. If you are visiting this location while you are in town, this Starbucks and especially V is absolutely worth the stop.

I frequent Starbucks a lot in many different locations because i travel a lot. I do not use the mobile pickup feature on the app much.

Unfortunately it does not show wait times before you order.

I ordered and it gave a 20 minute wait to completion and i had to be somewhere. I explained the situation and due to Starbucks’ policy they would not make an exception to making the drink before it was ā€œmy turnā€.

I requested to cancel the order and they did not know how to navigate the app to do so. I called the store and another employee who was not a manager refunded my order.

The whole ordeal and time wasted by the employees for this to be refunded, they could have made a couple drinks or more in that time.

I get the policy but for $9 a drink, if something unusual comes up then exceptions should be made and at the very least the employees should know how to operate the app to facilitate a cancellation of an order.

In any case i think this was a terrible experience and a failure on Starbucks on the corporate level as much as their employees lack of knowledge.

This location has hands down the worst service I've had at any location I've been to. The employee's avoid engaging with customers unless you are at the register ordering. They will literally make eye contact with you while you are waiting for assistance and quickly look away. If you order extra expresso shots they will not add them to your drink but still charge you. I order from Starbucks almost everyday, I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future. This is exactly why your company is beginning to fail, your employees do not understand how important customer service is.

Went to this location today, and the employee in the window Benji deserves a raise for real! I am pregnant and was being very particular about how I wanted my drink made and he made sure it was perfect and even had me try it first. I also wanted the holiday cup but I was craving a specific drink that isn’t a holiday drink, so since I couldn’t get it he took care of my drink for me! Absolutely a real MVP!!
