Very stale and burnt tasting anniversary blend coffee at 7:30 am. Never been here before. Excellent staff/customer service but what use is that at that point.

Ordered the same drink as always and I after I paid for it and waited 10 minutes, I was handed the drink with two missing key ingredients and then rudely told that they were out of one of them and after I inquired about the second one, she snatched my cup back and proceeded to add two freeze dried strawberries and then shoved it back into my hand. I will be sure to never go back to this location. My experience was absolutely ridiculous.

I loved going here. It was like the bank of Starbucks. Neat design. Also, it was my birthday the other day, and the guy that took my order (on Jan 31st around 2, I don't remember his name, but I hope he gets credited) was super nice. I was getting a free drink, and he even made it a venti. Thank you so much, man, that truly made my day. ?

I can make better coffee at a better price, and not sure why I keep coming back, but today when both bathrooms were marked transgender, I will not support them again. It felt kind of nasty going to the bathroom. Will not be back.

This Starbucks is normally good with the occasional long line, but @MANAGEMENT PLEASE get awnings that cover the ordering station and the area where you pay/pick up your orders in the drive thru. No one likes to be drenched when ordering coffee or getting soaking wet coffee, food, arm, car interior and phone. Please. Thank you.

I'm a door dasher I stood waiting on my order for about 5 minutes it was fixed not bagged and when I asked the lady was this it she yes give me a minute and she kept working her order I had to bag myself very upset that I had to wait on an order that was ready clearly they knew I was there as they get notified
