Barista tried to take order with her back turned, saying “I am listening.” A smile and some eye contact go a long way.
It is unfortunate because everything else was up to standard (food quality, efficiency, cleanliness)

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, waited 20 minutes in the line and there were only three cars before me. Terrible

I didn’t know what I wanted so I asked the barista to make me her favorite drink and I think she said it was the cinnamon cold brew but I see why it’s her favorite, thank you so much!

I asked for a tall iced double caramel latte with extra expresso and paid $7.75 for it. They gave me an 8 ounce cup. I said this isn't a tall. They told me it was the the tall. I sat will how big is the smaller one, they said this was the only size it came in . I'm new to Starbucks so i said ok. Later I looked it up and the tall is a 12oz not 8 . UNHAPPY

Do not order for drive up! Only halfway full and a lot of it was foam. Instead of a tall it was more like a shot.. if I was handed this in person I would have asked them to redo it but didn’t realize until I already had driven off.

I will never visit this Starbucks again! I was told by a young man to hold a minute at the ordering speaker. After waiting about 20 minutes ( cars leaving the line behind me), I said hello again to the speaker and was told by a young lady they were having technical trouble, I waited another 5 or more minutes then I drove to the window and waited behind 3 cars that had been also waiting. I was greeted by a young man and while trying to explain to him that my order wasn’t taken yet because I had waited about a total of 25 or more minutes at the speaker and various cars were leaving the line and others were trying to come around the circle and that they were all backed up behind me, he said frustratingly, we only have 2 employees working today and it’s BOGO free then he just rudely walked away from the window while I was trying to explain to him. I counted 4 working while just sitting at the window. Then another gentleman came to the pickup window and I told him that the other person just rudely walked away while I was explaining then he said with frustration, next time just stay at the speaker, I’m really not supposed to serve you at the window because it’s a Starbucks policy not to serve anyone that doesn’t order through the speaker and he said we have a lot of people already inside with orders and he would have to explain tomorrow to someone why he took my order at the window. I asked him to give me the name of whomever he would have to explain it to and I’d gladly explain to them the difficulty of the situation he said oh never mind. He took my order of 2 ham and cheese baguettes, 1 tall vanilla bean, 2 vintage white chocolate mochas iced, 1 lemonade with pink syrup that totaled $39. 96, my card and reload of $40 cash. I already had $20 on my Starbucks card. I usually don’t get a receipt because I have the app. When I got home and checked my Starbuck account I noticed they also charged someone else’s order of 2 pumpkin cream brew drinks and a pumpkin & pepita loaf on my Starbuck account that totaled an additional $16.69. This error only left me with $3.54 on my Starbucks card! Never again! I’m use to places being short on help and closing down either the inside restaurant with only the drive thru open or via versa but to say they only had 2 people working and just looking in I could see 4 working! I’ve tried to find out who owns this Starbucks because they should be aware of the great loss of a lot of orders today, the shortage of staff on BOGO free after 12pm, etc. I’ll stay with my various Starbucks in Greenville. It will definitely be worth the drive! I only visited this one because they ( an 6 yr old and 15 yr old live in Simpsonville). I tried to get out of the line before reaching the pickup window but was between the yellow cement lines so I couldn’t leave where I was in the drive thru line.
