I always get a Grande Iced Caramel Maciato with an extra shot of Expresso and Cold Foam on my way to work. I have about 15 m left on my journey and it's gone by then! Lol They make the best drinks and the barista that works the window is SUPER nice, he always makes my day! 8:30AM.

Friendly service always; However it seems the drinks are never made consistently. I always order the same thing. vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It seems like all milk & sugar & barely any coffee. Im not sure if they have a new person, but they always used to make it perfectly

Ahhh!!! This review is so late because I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! I feel like we’re all friends hehehee. Riley is amazing and funny and it’s like seeing one of the homegirls when I come through. I met Rae today and she is hilarious too. This location makes my days better. I asked for extra love today because it’s Monday and they delivered! Whoever the barista was… I super appreciate YOU! This is like MY Starbucks because all of my favorite “coffee besties drive-thru crew” are there and my coffee is always RIGHT! I also spoke to Chris on the phone and he’s cool too! Thanks Chris!

I will never go back to this Starbucks it took me 20 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee I set in side watching over 10 orders get made that came in after I paid for mine they made them I never said a word until I left this is the worse customer experience stay away

My friend and I ordered two drinks, one minute apart, at 9:24 AM and 9:25 AM, respectively. Her order arrived quickly, but mine still wasn’t ready after 15 minutes. When we mentioned it, the barista rudely defended the problem, saying many more orders came in between our two. We waited another 5 minutes before my drink was ready. In total, it took 20 minutes to get one simple iced latte that was ordered in the lobby. The cashier also said orders came in between our two orders, which was only one minute. The baristas are not trained to handle conflict resolution and seem more interested in defending. Additionally, when we first placed our order, the cashier, who appeared loopy, greeted my female friend with an unusual greeting: “Hey, what’s up, man?”

I like to consider myself a regular at Starbucks in five forks I’ve seen people come and go as employees. But Michal has got to stay. He was very personable and professional he was able to make me laugh a number of times. quite frankly some of the best customer service I’ve seen here in a while. 10/10

Starbucks it’s a landmark in the Five forks area and I always stop by in the mornings to freshen up before work. Just today I went in the evening and it went more well than expected. An employee by the name Michael served me and made my experience quite pleasant. He sparked up a conversation and gave a very hospitable setting while staying very professional. He made my coffee wuick and delicious and made my time here a 10/10! Having Michael work here makes me want to keep coming in the morning as well now the afternoons!😆
I ordered a large latte. I should have looked before I left because it isn't even full. It had the same amount in it as my wife's medium latte. This coffee is already ridiculously priced, so I'm not too happy to pay for a large and get a medium.

I've gotten drinks and breakfast here for yearsssss! It is expensive but I don't care! I've always used the app to place my orders and then I swing by the drive through. Sometimes it's a wait in the line but I know that it probably takes a minute to whip up specialty drinks the way people like them. I don't think I've ever had to wait longer than 10 minutes in line. MOST of the time it's like 2 minutes :)
Also, I sat inside for about 3 hours one time because I was studying for exams, and I loved being able to study somewhere different than at home for once. It's definitely not a quiet time studying environment, though, and I definitely would not have taken my exam in there.
