The staff here is what makes it so amazing! The menu is the same at every Starbucks store, but the service and staff is above and beyond at this location! I drive past three Starbucks’s just to come to this location for the hospitality! On numerous occasions, several of the employees have gone Above and beyond every time I visit! A special shout out though to the worker Elli he is just absolutely fantastic!

Some of the staff don't know that Matcha is a powdered green TEA and Chai is a spiced black TEA. Obviously need to learn their stuff working around nothing but coffee and tea

The barristas at this location are amazing. I highly recommend a visit just to have the interaction. Especially Jess and Ashley. The cute notes and smiley faces on the cups add a personal touch and spread joy that we all could use

This isn’t a review I was planning to leave today. Yesterday, I went through the drive thru at this same location and ordered a Mint Majesty with two honeys (I enjoy the drink and it just so happens to be someone else’s favorite drink) and had a great experience. The employees were polite, friendly, and delivered a very simple, efficient transaction.

However, today was a completely different experience when I came back and ordered the same drink. It should be known that I provided them with my own name for the order, not forcing them to write a name that I am perfectly aware they may not want to write. This time I received a personalized note on my cup, admittedly written by Jess, pictured below. I didn’t initially notice the note but once I did, the message was pretty clear. While Jess believed she was smart and subtle, it was clearly an unnecessary, passive-aggressive way to poke at my order. I’m not one to shy away from conversation, so I went back and asked to speak to the on duty manager about the note’s meaning. As expected, the entire crew tried to downplay the message explaining that they wrote fun little notes on every cup. They claimed it was a smiley face but my four year old child would disagree. Obviously, they were unable to adequately explain the positive intent behind the message my cup received. It’s disappointing. Without mentioning CK, they did. They acknowledged that they are aware of his order and they’ve even had training on it. Now, I’m going to venture that this particular practice wasn’t part of the training. When I go to Starbucks, I want the employees to take my order, make my drink, and then give me the drink. That’s it. I wasn’t making a political statement, I simply ordered a drink that Starbucks offers.

I hope this review results in additional professionalism training by the store’s manager, Rob, as well as better leadership and accountability from the District Manager, Scott. I fully realize there are bigger issues in the world than this, however, I believe this hateful way of expressing oneself’s personal opinions does not belong in any corporate business. I would not have left this review if the employee or manager had acknowledged the mistake when confronted rather than gaslight me into believing it had a positive intent.

way to loud in here. Don't come here to work, the members are super loud laughing at each other, people can't focus. Be better

This Starbucks is off and on with service, which I feel like is most Starbucks unfortunately. The drinks and food are typically good, but service from the workers is where the issue typically is for myself and others that go to this location.
Between the times of 9:25-9:40am on 07-16-25, there was two women who were mainly assisting with drive through via head set and by the window passing out drinks.
During the drive through, the workers on the head set were making snarky comments to the woman in front me and rushing her.
Once I got up the microphone, I was rushed and then had a snarky comment thrown at me as well. The drive up window was the same, with several passive aggressive comments unfortunately.
I understand that it’s a busy morning, but that shouldn’t be an excuse, especially since I didn’t say anything snarky or unkind.
There seems to be no point to be unkind to workers who clearly let their emotions impact their work, but it would be helpful if workers were more kind and not making comments or rushing guests due to them not having a good work day.

I only order shaken espresso for the convenience of not having to remove my lid in my car and stir my own coffee while I’m driving… This location has never once handed me my shaken espresso, actually shaken; Which is very disappointing. Maybe it shouldn’t be an option to have a shaken espresso if they refuse to shake it or stir it. Very frustrating.

This is always a hit or miss. The service is always either great or not! Today is a total miss. I’ve been sitting in the store for 20+ minutes and have seen people come and go while I’m still waiting on my simple order of a single shot of espresso.

I’m a big fan of Starbucks, but I’ve found myself avoiding this particular location due to how certain drinks are prepared. While I’ve never had an issue with their coffee or matcha, the quality of their Pink Drink and Strawberry Açaí Lemonade has been consistently disappointing.

The first time, I ordered a Trenta Pink Drink, and it tasted noticeably watered down. Hoping for a stronger flavor, I tried the Strawberry Açaí next—but unfortunately, it had the same diluted taste. I later visited another Starbucks and asked how these drinks are typically made in larger sizes. They explained that they don’t add extra water, which leads me to believe this location may be deviating from the standard recipe.

It’s frustrating to spend nearly $6 on a drink that doesn’t taste right because it’s mostly water. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency across locations.

Enjoyed coffee and tea with friends. Music was great but was a little loud for normal conversation tone. I’ll meet here again but possibly in another spot.
