I ordered 2 foot longs tried using my coupon didn't realize it had expired by a couple of days, I get these coupons all the time in the mail usually 3-4 sheets the worker refused the coupon so she wasted 2 foot longs by not honoring the coupon, a lost for the company, probably will not be going back.

The owner is extremely passionate at this location about making sure his customers are happy! The subs have the right amount of ingredients that they should. We go an extra 10mins out of our way to this Subway because of the proportions and customer service. Highly recommend!

They’re so slow don’t waste your time in drive-through

went to this subway at around 9 mind you subway doesn’t close until 10 they said “sorry were closing right now” i’ve worked in a fast food establishment before and we did not refuse to serve people until after we closed.

I ordered a cookie foot long and when I finally got it after an incredibly long wait it was cold and uncooked. Service was absolutely horrible the woman at the window was very short and rude. You should avoid this subway at all cost it is by far one of the worst.

The new lady who works there (idk her name, she must have just been hired because it’s usually a guy there working alone) .. working last weekend around 1pm… needs a different job. I don’t understand why people like her even get jobs working with the public. She was miserable to speak to from the start. Nothing but rude. Attitude for absolutely no reason. She yelled at me to not come back because I asked if i could get the chips I paid for.

Food was good but whoever the new employees are could use an attitude adjustment. Usually the guy who works there by himself is super patient and kind. There was a new lady there today and she was absolutely vile towards both my husband and I for absolutely no reason. I come to this store at least once a week. I’ve never had an issue. I’ve never been rude or impatient, never have I minded waiting however long I need to. My husband and I barely spoke 5 words to this lady and were told not to come back after she slammed the drive thru window on us and spoke to us with nothing but attitude and disrespect.

Whoever the new female employee that works there is.. she needs a serious attitude adjustment. Neither myself or my husband were rude to her or impatient in anyway. We simply wanted to pick up an online order. She slammed the drive thru window on us 2 times while being extremely rude the entire time. The only words out of my husbands mouth were our name for the order and, “that’s fine, we don’t mind,” when she rudely told us “you’re gonna have to wait!!” I noticed she forgot our chips so I went inside to get them. As soon as I walked in, she says rudely, “what do you want now?” I told her I just wanted our chips and held up my receipt. She rolled her eyes and said, “just grab them!” I said, “thank you. I wish you didn’t have such an attitude.” And she screamed, “don’t come back!!” I come to this store once a week. Never had an issue. Usually the one there is a guy who works completely by himself. He’s always kind and patient as are we.
