Fast service, nice people and good food
Someone start taking order ,then give it to someone else and wait on person behind me and get in girl's way doing my order.Finish one order before starting another one. This has happened 2 times. Definitely lost me has a customer!!
Very sad that Subway have cut back on meat portions. I had to buy double meat just to have reasonable meat on the sandwich. It will be a while before I come back if I come back. I would rather go somewhere I feel I get my money's worth. Service was amazing. Guy behind the counter was friendly and very nice. The staff was happy and smiling. Store was clean. The picture shows double meat. This should be regular. The sandwich combo was 18 bucks. Smh
All 3 stores do not accept any coupons whatsoever for the steak or chicken subs. And this is bad management and a poor way to have a store and don't except certain coupons please be advised that all 3 simpsonville subways will Not honor. Any. With this economy, we're looking to save, not pay more.
It’s disgusting mayonnaise was on the pickles and the tomatoes looked old. I wanted to ask her to stop making my sandwich midway. They don’t even greet you.

It seems lonely looking over at McDonald's and Chick-fil-A across the street .
Food was good, bread and little overcooked but it's okay. Staff was ok, they were trying. I suggest to management to take care of your team, as they seemed miserable.

Terrible customer service. Everyone had a horrible attitude. And they didn't make my sandwich right and I didn't find out until I got home. I should have checked before I left but I got the idea they did this out of spite. Also took over 40 minutes to make an all American and a veggie...........also to the little blonde teeny bopper I would be careful who you talk back to and roll your eyes at one day you'll do it to the wrong person

The short young blonde girl that worked this Sunday morning was so rude. I walked in and left and didn’t order . I will never ever return here.
To the young blonde who just delivered my food via curbside, get your attitude in check. Better yet, maybe you should check the receipt before delivering an order to ensure the ENTIRE order is in there. Also, thank you for rolling your eyes at me when I thanked you for bringing me WHAT I PAID FOR THAT YOU FAILED TO DOUBLE CHECK. I understand you had to make a few trips inside to ensure all of my order was given to me, but maybe next time double check the order. Common sense isn’t that hard ?

Let me preface by saying I work in an open kitchen as well and I understand the pay isn’t the best BUT.. The two people working were not paying attention to the customers. I asked for my sub triple toasted twice (basically said to burn it) and is barely toasted. I kinda gave up asking because the other employee was just talking over me to her and she was paying me no attention. I guess toasting bread 3 times is a difficult concept. The banana peppers were more crunchy than my sub lol I got interrupted multiple times while trying to tell her what I wanted on my order by their conversations. Which were hardly related to their jobs. While I was there they got two calls about getting peoples orders wrong and were laughing about it. The produce looked old. At least she realized the spinach they had on the line looked terrible and pulled out a new pan. I don’t understand why my chicken is mushy lol it was honestly gross and off putting. Definitely not eating subway for awhile especially not at this location. I should’ve went with my other choice for dinner. I never feel the need to leave a review. Overall.. super mid. (Making an edit here… awhile after eating that sub I feel sick.. I want my money back and not in store credit or a free sub.. ??)

I usually like to leave a tip when I come to this location which I pass on my way home each day. But at this subway the young lady making my sandwich was very cold towards me. There was no acknowledgment whatsoever no 'what would you like on your sandwich' she literally said nothing. The other gentleman behind the counter was more professional. But still it was weird and super awkward experience. I definitely did not leave a tip nor will I be returning to this location. Plenty of other sandwich shops to chose from so it is of no consequences to me. But you definitely lost a customer.
