I don’t usually do this but the way that one of the employees treated me was a complete shame. Why would anyone want to come spend their money at a place that treats people with no respect.. A place that makes them feel unwelcome and uncomfortable? I lost my appetite with the comments that were said to me. Also, the veggies were not fresh and the bread was stale… I wish subway would hire more productive and intellectual people at this location..

I don’t usually leave reviews, but while I was at this location today there was a child behind the counter. Another customer asked about the little girl and an employee said that she is the managers kid. Now I understand not being able to find childcare, however, for safety and sanitation reasons there should not be a child behind the line. Having her hang out in the office is one thing, but this little girl was just walking around the line, touching things, and asking employees to get her food while they were helping guests. Also, she couldn’t have been anymore than 7 years old & was wearing a shirt that fit her like a bra. On top of that, there is a male employee who clearly has bad hygiene and has been rude to my boyfriend and I the past two times we’ve been to this Subway. As for the food, I’ve never had issues and it’s always been decently good.
Clearly there’s issues with management.
Probably won’t be returning to this location.

The short lady in there with an accent was very uncustomer service like. I had every intention on eating there but after my experience with her I felt unwelcomed and left to go home and eat. WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE.
$27 for 2 lousy footlong sandwiches is a joke as well.

I did an online order when I came to pick it up they said they didn't receive it but asked for me to show the payment and receipt which I did the 2 girls there started talking in their language when they saw I was getting completely upset they called the owner and instead of just making my food they said that it was a corporate thing and I left with out my food or money thankfully my bank put the money back on the next day. But I will never bothered again. So completely disrespectful and they could care less about the customer!

We stopped by Sunday . There was a girl around maybe 7 or so just walking around behind the counter in the preparation area. I believe her mom is an employee. At one point she is looking for her mom to which an older lady says oh she’s probably in the cooler. I mean this kid was all over the place. Walking around the food swinging a baby doll all over the place. I understand not having someone to keep her. But for safety and sanitation she should not be behind that counter. Won’t be returning to this location.
The food was absolutely cool and we said please put in the oven!! the employees had the worst attitude and it was hardly cooked

Wasn't what you expect from Subway. Very small portions on the subs and there's still some weird guy with terrible hygiene working there that might be a lil slow. Watched him pull stuff out of the trash and pick his nose while making a sub. As long as he's still there I wont eat from there.

I am picking up an order that was supposed to be ready at 12:05. It is 12:20 and I am still waiting. Highly bothered
On June 26 @ 4:41 I drove all the way over this exact location AFTER I was Specifically told that they do take coupons. I gave the nice young lady my order( 3footlongs for $17.99) and she went to place the order in the system and then she comes back to tell me that the system isn't taking the coupon because of my selection. So she tells me that I would have to change my order because it wasn't taking my original order because of the selection AGAIN!! Someone that was in the background told her to tell ME that the GM didn't put my specific coupon in the system and she believes that's why it's not taking it but if you don't want one Honor the coupon just say that and don't tell someone that you do so they won't have to WASTE THEIR GAS DRIVING TO THAT LOCATION

Went in a couple weeks ago for a buffalo chicken sandwich, got about half way through when I bit into something rock solid and broke my tooth. Had to get it pulled. $10k in medical expenses, 3-6 months of soft food diet, will probably never be the same. Submitted multiple complaints and asked to speak to manager. As of today I’ve still heard nothing.

I usually don’t post reviews, but the kid with the flaky hair should wear a hairnet or something. When he makes my sub, I just wanna walk out the door, but I don’t want to be rude. But now I find myself stuck with a sub that I paid for that I probably won’t eat because I don’t want a sandwich that most likely has his hair flakes in it. If you’ve ever been here or are an employee, then you know who I’m talking about. There are hair flakes all over his back and shoulders… this isn’t the first time this happened to me either, at this location, same employee :(

First time to subway in probably 2-3 years. I wanted a sandwich. Every. Single. Ingredient. I had to ask for more. I understand when you get low on product, you stretch it. But the woman making it put 6 tiny slivers of onion, I asked for more, and she gave me a hard time. Then the spinach went on. I counted. 4 leaves. 4 leaves of spinach. How satisfied would you be with 4 individual leaves of spinach. I asked for more, again met with resistance. Was then told if I ask for anything else to be what would normally be the proper size, that I would have to be charged extra. I then asked for jalapenos, she put 5. I said are you kidding me, why are you putting you getting low on ingredients on the customer. I was then told "you can go". I said you're right, and left.
I've worked in many different restaurants fast food and high-end. It is always, ALWAYS, first come first serve. If you order an 8oz filet, but we're getting low, you'd be pretty upset if we served you a steak that was cut in half, then told "sorry we're getting low, so you only get half a steak, but you still have to pay for a full steak?♂️". Restaurants run out of things, that the nature of it, but when you have a full 3rd pan of onions sitting in front of me, don't give me less than I am supposed to get, then say "if you want the proper amount you're paying for, you have to pay extra." But even after all of that, for her to have to throw away all those ingredients anyways?(at least I hope she threw them out, seeing how that experience went, she probably just put them back in the pan, cross contaminating everything) I should have just went with my instinct and went to Jersey Mike's, at least you get what you pay for there. So I did, and man, 11/10 to Jersey Mike's!
Speaking of customer experience, while I was in there, a woman came in complaning that her significant other lost a tooth after biting something hard in his sandwich. The person behind the counter said "?♀️I'm just gonna Google the number, so if you want it, just Google it yourself."

Ordered 2 footlong subs on the app and they were ready for pickup when I got there. Staff was very friendly and it was easy to park. Would return to this Subway in future if in the area.

Asked me three times what kind of cheese I wanted, still gave me the wrong kind, stood there talking to her coworker instead of making my sandwich, then I noticed the peppers were moldy and had bugs in them. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION
