We came in this evening for dinner. The two young men working had EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! On a scale from 1 to 10... we would give them 100. The food was AWESOME too. The restaurant was very clean too. We will definitely be returning to this Subway. GOD BLESS the two young men. We need more like you in this industry.

The service at this place is ridiculous!! The woman on staff was extremely rude to my elderly grandmother when she tried to order 2 different subs. I assume it is the same woman mentioned in all other 1-Star reviews. The owners of this franchise should really reevaluate if they want customers, or a snarky employee. We will never be returning.

The toppings were no fresh at all and they didn't have a lot of drink options because they ran out , not to mention one of the staff was extremely rude and when it was pointed out to her by another customer her attitude was basically so what never going to this location again I'll drive 15 minutes out of the way to avoid this subways

We just had a terrible experience at this location with the customer experience.
Customer service was horrible with the lady (employee’s code 0303). We’ve been several times at this location and this is the first time we are encountering this type of behavior (service) from a team member. Never coming back! The way she talked to us shouldn’t be the way you talk to a customer.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 mins no body said anything drove up to window she said wait one second waited another 5 mins when all she had to do was hand me my pick up order I placed online. Parked my car went inside and she wasn’t even in there anymore. I was looking at my sub behind the counter for another 5 mins. I thought it’d be quicker to place online because I had to leave for work but not here. I waited 15 mins for them to hand me my sub that was already made and ready lol
Went to get a meatball sub, then they tell me we don't have enough for a sub.Common sense put sigh on door. I wouldn't have wasted my time walking in!!Plus stood there about 8 minutes before getting waited on cause employees were talking. I'm done with subway!!!

This subway drives me NUTS! I have been to this location on several different occasions and witnessed the employees complaining if they have to make more then one sub per order. I placed an order online (thinking it would give them more time) and when my husband arrived to pick it up the supervisor complained at him that the order of 5 subs for my family of 5 was way to ginormous and it was rediculous that we would place an order like that online. Subway! It's time to clean house over there. I spent $70 with coupons! And got yelled at bc they had to make 5 sub!!!! Never again.

They should really didn't make it very good they gave like half effort
One of the worst subs I have ever had. Bread was like rubber.
I usually love this Subway but tonight I waited about 20 mins to order and after waiting, tge food not good. I just hope they get it together. Might have been having an off day & I understand bc we're all human, but do your job!

The morning crew, manager, and owner is so friendly and quick getting orderers out. The food is fresh and delicious. Soon as I walk in the smell of fresh bread smells so delicious. 😋
This location is always clean and makes me feel like I am welcome every time I come in.
I'd rather lick the underside of a gas station bathroom floor mat than eat here again. The place was so dead, I half expected to see tumbleweeds rolling past the expired cookies display. The employee, apparently trained in abstract art, decided to channel Picasso by scribbling indecipherable hieroglyphics on a Post-it while taking our order.
My wife's '6-inch' sandwich came with a single slice of ham so thin, it could've been used as a contact lens. Meanwhile, I got served what I can only assume was bread that survived the Carter administration - definitely not what I ordered. When I asked for 'light jalapeños,' the sandwich artist (and I use that term loosely) interpreted that as 'please dump the entire pepper farm onto this poor sandwich.' The coup de grâce? Despite requesting toasted sandwiches TWICE, our bread remained as cold and lifeless as the enthusiasm behind the counter.
The only thing fresh about this Subway was the audacity. Save your money and dignity - you'd get a better culinary experience from a vending machine that's been sitting in the sun since 1987.
😍😍😍😍😍
The food is amazing. really nice people there like family a lot of issues with little man behind the counter . He is very autistic and he has no guidance. From what I gathered they are trying to help him . People leaving rude reviews over this poor fellow is ridiculous . Don’t judge a book by its cover . Sweet guy.
The 2 stars is because of the restrictions on coupons. If we aren't able to use coupons that we get in the mail, then your corporate office or whoever needs to just not send us coupons. I think it's ridiculous that I can't use it to get the ONLY sandwich i ever come to Subway for. You restrict it to basic ham turkey or coldcut sandwiches? Put a sign on your door so i dont walk in. The sweet onion chicken teriyaki is the only one i get, and it's not on the list. Still gor it because i was already inside, but that definitely needs to be looked it. The lady behind the counter i know is just doing her job. Nothing against her. Its just a dumb policy when the mailers we get have coupons that have NO restrictions.
