I rarely leave bad reviews so it really says something when I do

Two younger guys working got my food quick! Feel like I was over charged. My sub was barely put together it was falling apart when I unwrapped it. Guy behind the counter was sitting down headphones plugged in his sideways turned phone. Restaurant was dirty unpresentable and no carbonation in the sodas.

On 01/13/25 at 9:37 PM a young lady working the drive through ran to the front door, locked it, turned the open sign off, and shrugged her shoulders at me. Despite them closing at 10 PM as it says on their door and online. I am dissatisfied in the action and will remember her face from now on. I was simply going to order one sandwich after I got off work and to be honest I’m probably never going to go back.

Do not place mobile orders here. I order a pizza from this location. I waited in my car and waited over five minutes. I then went in and they told me my order was void because they don’t make pizzas. I use to come here every day and leave a tip. Not anymore. I even left my contact number and they couldn’t even bother calling me to let me know that my order had been cancelled. I won’t be back. I called and left them a negative review. I wasted my whole lunch break. They asked on the phone how they could help me. You can’t help me when you didn’t even bother to call me to let me know. I guess my first mistake was ordering a pizza from a subway. I guess it’s kinda stick with what you know how to do. Next time I want pizza I will go to a pizza place. And next time I want sub.. Firehouse subs.

This Subway is the worst. I have seen a roach by the chips. There is only 1 worker, who is trying to handle drive thru, online orders and customers in house. Veggies are gross. It’s awful.

I don’t think I have ever had a worse sandwich and I’m old. The philly cheese steak wasn’t even warm, hardly any meat with a big piece of grissle in it. Some sort of squirted on cheese on a bun that was stale-not toasted. Literally crumbled all over. They wouldn’t take the coupon for a 6 in for $3.99 because it was a “specialty” sandwich. I paid $6.99 for a horrible sandwich. Don’t go here. I would have been better off getting the weekly special at Publix.

Came in and was not greeted and both workers took their time before helping us. The guy began coughing without covering his mouth as he made our subs. The girl had long hair that wasn’t even pulled back. Very gross environment- I had no appetite after seeing them make the subs. Their attitude was so bad and uninviting. There was also a vape just laying on the table in the restaurant. Very gross.

I recently visited Subway and ordered a sandwich with the deluxe meat option. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The sandwich was made incorrectly and lacked the amount of meat I had expected.

Firstly, the sandwich was not prepared according to my specifications. Despite clearly requesting the deluxe meat option, the amount of meat on my sandwich was significantly less than what I had anticipated. This was a major letdown, as I was looking forward to a hearty and flavorful meal.

Moreover, the lack of meat affected the overall taste and enjoyment of the sandwich. It felt like a subpar experience, especially considering the premium price I paid for the deluxe meat option. I expected a generous portion of meat to complement the other ingredients, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's disheartening when a simple order is not fulfilled correctly. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the variety and quality of Subway's offerings. However, this particular visit left me disappointed and dissatisfied.

I hope Subway takes this feedback seriously and ensures that such mistakes are not repeated in the future. Customers should be able to trust that their orders will be prepared accurately and with the promised ingredients. I hope my experience serves as a reminder for the importance of attention to detail and consistency in providing a positive dining experience.
