Came in and was not greeted and both workers took their time before helping us. The guy began coughing without covering his mouth as he made our subs. The girl had long hair that wasn’t even pulled back. Very gross environment- I had no appetite after seeing them make the subs. Their attitude was so bad and uninviting. There was also a vape just laying on the table in the restaurant. Very gross.

I recently visited Subway and ordered a sandwich with the deluxe meat option. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The sandwich was made incorrectly and lacked the amount of meat I had expected.Firstly, the sandwich was not prepared according to my specifications. Despite clearly requesting the deluxe meat option, the amount of meat on my sandwich was significantly less than what I had anticipated. This was a major letdown, as I was looking forward to a hearty and flavorful meal.Moreover, the lack of meat affected the overall taste and enjoyment of the sandwich. It felt like a subpar experience, especially considering the premium price I paid for the deluxe meat option. I expected a generous portion of meat to complement the other ingredients, but unfortunately, that was not the case.I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's disheartening when a simple order is not fulfilled correctly. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the variety and quality of Subway's offerings. However, this particular visit left me disappointed and dissatisfied.I hope Subway takes this feedback seriously and ensures that such mistakes are not repeated in the future. Customers should be able to trust that their orders will be prepared accurately and with the promised ingredients. I hope my experience serves as a reminder for the importance of attention to detail and consistency in providing a positive dining experience.

I really wanted to like this subway and gave it many chances and each time they failed. About 6 months ago I was charged double what I ordered and had to go inside for it to be corrected. The drive thru always takes 15-20 min and I go before rush hr to avoid that happening and that’s with no one in front of me. Today I ordered online and when I went inside there were 5 employees behind the counter- only 1 working and two sitting in chairs. When I got home the sun I asked to be toasted was not at all toasted, the other sub that was suppose to have extra banana peppers ONLY had the stems of the banana pepper. Taking a bite into that was gross- I checked it after that and there were 13-14 stems, no banana peppers. If they have that many people working, can’t they at least chop the veggies and separate what’s edible and not. Disappointed that once again I was let down. I really gave this subway many chances but each time, something has disappointed me. I feel like there probably will not be any corrections done- especially after reading all the other reviews about customer service/quality. Which is sad bc customer service is what brings the business or lack of.

Food was average for a Subway. My wife's tuna sandwich barely had any tuna on it. While we were eating, one of the employees began pulling pieces of turkey and cheese out of the containers on the prep table with his bare hands and eating them for his dinner. He had at least 6+ pieces of turkey while we were there. When I asked him if he needed gloves to pick up the turkey slices, he replied that it was ok. We will not be back.

I ordered a 6 inch tuna sub and I tell you it was delicious!! I’ve ordered from here several times and not once been disappointed.. I went back to get one for dinner it was so good!!?

I ordered a veggie. All I wanted on it was heavy mayo, tomatoes cheese and heavy black olives. I had to move the two slices of cheese to find the supposedly heavy black olives smh. I’ll just drive farther next time to get what I asked for.

Terrible is all I can say. Everytime you think it can't get worse than last time, it does. It's actually comical at this point. Do you guys provide any sort of training? I doubt any corrective action will be taken, but if you have an alternative to this location, I would highly suggest going there instead.

I didn't order this. Just ordered cheese pizzas. Not only was the order wrong.. but one was burnt and the other wasn't cooked all the way. Mind you this was suppose to be for my kids. Why send this food out looking like this anyway. Y'all clearly just through some s*** together

staff seemed out of sorts, not good customer service, cut sandwich in half as they do, it leaked thru wrapper and the paper got stuck to sandwich, not very appealing

Went to Subway to get a sandwich. Handed the guy a coupon, I heard him say “shit a coupon “. When I get the receipt, didn’t get the discount but, he charged me for another sandwich. Went in showed him the receipt. At that point I knew he did it on purpose. Would not correct it. So watch your receipt if you eat there. Very shady business .

No line but was asked to wait to place my order. No deli mustard. Asked for mayo, never found it. Asked for it to be toasted, it was not.

I'm a fairly patient person and I'm understanding of the worker shortage, but the service I received tonight at the drive-thru was by far the worst service I've ever received at any drive-thru. There was literally one car in front of me that had already placed their order when I pulled up. It took approximately 10-15 minutes for the person to take my order. I then waited at least 15 minutes for the car in front of me to receive their order, which appeared to be small because it consisted of one small bag and one drink. I pulled forward and watched 3 people behind the counter wait on a handful of people coming through the door. No one ever acknowledged I was waiting nor made any attempt to make my order. I waited at least 20 minutes at the window and finally blew my horn and I waived goodbye. What in the heck were they doing? The answer is little to nothing!

I ordered a steak and cheese without peppers. Assuming that it would be grilled. It was cold, nothing had been grilled or heated.Thia is the 2nd time my order has been Unsatisfactory. I will not go back!
