Great location and service. My food was excellent, restaurant was clean, and staff were polite. I dropped an airpod and didn’t realize, came back 45min later and they were honest and kept it safe for me. There was a young man with curly blonde hair and an older woman with dark hair working. This was just a stop on a road trip or I’d frequent this location!

Tell me how they make the wrong sub while I’m standing there? The cover was standing up, therefore I wasn’t able to see what was being made. Wrong bread, tried toasting it after I said not to, all the mayonnaise was on one side, it was the most tasteless piece of food I’ve ever eaten.

Ordered pickup through Uber Eats, got here and all lights were on but the doors were locked and there was nobody on the drive thru even though it said “Drive Thru Open”, it seemed completely empty. On Uber Eats this place is marked as Open at the time of this review, my order went through and I was charged, but apparently there was nobody inside.

I have given this place too many chances with my business. I went through the drive-thru and bought four footlongs with everything on them. I literally got one string of onion, two tomatoes, and no mayo, no lettuce. I don’t understand how this place is still open. I live just two miles down the road, but from now on, I’ll drive to Simpsonville for a sub.
I tried to get dinner at 8:55 pm. They were closed.

Me and my son ordered 3 subs from here and the little short Mexican girl acted like it killed her to wait on us and she throw our sandwiches in the bag I don't appreciate my food being threw in a bag I will not go back to this Subway please get some people in there that wants to work and greet you with a smile thank you plus my bread was hard as a rock
