What happened to the color? It feels like a hospital waiting room. It's also smaller setting wise. Feels like they want you to get your food and get out . Food was amazing as always but the white lights , walls and floors kinda sucks

Order a cruch wrap it was a black burnt couch wrap the nacho fries soggy the taco was soggy the employees were complaining about working I'm pist cause I was really looking forward for this food especially working 12 hours I know nobody cares but I do cause I worked for that I knew it was going to be bad when I heard the employees say I don't care ........ this was Jan 2nd 2026 at 606pm

Whoever the general manager is, she is terrible. She is loud and I think it was a situation where a young lady was doing a pick up for carryout, and the lady was just standing on the end of the count and the lady would call the gentleman to come out and just yell I’ll tell her to get out of my hand. I’ll stay here. She was terrible. Her attitude was terrible.

Wasted 20 minutes here because nobody payed me attention to take my cash payment. After 20 minutes I was finally able to get attention of an employee, nobody cares or makes eye contact. I just left… yall need to start taking peoples orders instead of a machine!

It was absolutely awful, and honestly I’m still furious about how my wife was treated. She called simply to let them know our order was wrong. The first manager she spoke with was polite and said he would fix it. It was just a bean and cheese burrito with no red sauce and no nacho cheese nothing complicated.

But when she called back to ask if her husband could pick it up the next day, she was met with unbelievable rudeness. A woman answered and immediately talked down to her, accusing her of “calling too much,” which is completely false. Then she claimed they keep a list of customer numbers so they “know who they’re putting up with.”

My wife asked to speak to a manager, and things got even worse.

The person who came on the phone claimed to be a district manager but refused to give her name. She flat-out called my wife a liar, saying she had called their restaurant 4 or 5 times a month. That is absolutely not true and it was insulting, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary.

What makes this even more cruel is that my wife is a survivor of three strokes and two cancers. She deals with memory issues, and her doctor made sure her phone automatically records calls so she can go back and remember details. And thank God it does because once they realized their nasty attitudes and accusations were recorded, they suddenly changed their behavior. They knew they were caught.

No customer should ever be spoken to like that. No one should be called a liar, especially when they’re just trying to fix a mistake. Their customer service was beyond terrible, and the way they treated my wife was unacceptable.

I ordered from doorDash and I understand DoorDash has an obligation, but I put my order in with Taco Bell and they get the order so when I order a drink, I expect a straw and then when I order a sauce, I expect a sauce and then when I call, I expect good customer service not someone hanging up in my face And telling me to take it up with DoorDash whenever Taco Bell put my order in the bag and seal it up with no straw and No sauce and then they hung up in my face. Unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We placed an order for Taco Bell with Doordash. He was great, Taco Bell took an HOUR to get our food ready. That's some real crappy service. You pissing people off with it taking so long! With us ordering an hour out, the door dash guy finally got the order after waiting 30 mins on the food. .
We got the food, half of it wasn't in the bag!??
