You should be able to talk to someone to place your order especially if you have questions. Laziness at its best. Refusing to take someone’s order and telling them to use the kiosk makes you lose business. 3 people walked out while I was standing waiting 18 minutes on my food. Ridiculous

I just wanted to share that the drive-thru cashier is such an angel. His name is Stephen B. He is always so kind and makes you feel seen. Not to mention he has a wonderful smile. I was in a sad mood coming in the drive-thru and he was so nice and happy that it literally perked me up and I forgot what I was upset about in that moment. I've been to this location several times, and he is literally always a joy to have at this place. So kudos to you Stephen B. Thank you and God bless you. Also, a plus, the cheese pull on my quesadilla was CRAZY WORK. Yum!! Lol.

My experience at this location is usually a positive one but today's visit was exceptional! The staff were very kind and service top tier. Toya was especially helpful. The only reason my rating doesn't reflect 5 stars is because I had my mouth geared for a Dirty Baja Blast, only to find out its no longer on the menu. Do us a favor and add it back to the menu please and thank you!!

My Taco Bell is the best one. This crew works the hardest with the amount of traffic they have. They’ve RARELY got anything in my order messed up, always coming home with what I’ve ordered. And everyone is incredibly kind and accommodating. Couldn’t be happier to go to this location weekly.
