I love this place! The food is amazing, I don’t think I have tried anything I didn’t like. The employees are always smiling with a great attitude and will go above and beyond to make sure you get excited what you want. Definitely my go to place for any ham or turkey needs!

We got the original ham and Swiss sliders and garlic herb turkey & cheddar sliders. They were both delicious! The employees were all friendly and helpful.
While visiting The Honey Baked Ham establishment over a period of a few weeks I've noticed alarming behavior and actions of an employee by the name of Heather. Heather is constantly coughing while preparing food for customers requests, she is not covering her mouth nor is she wearing a face mask. I have not seen her wash her hands at all while I've been there. These concerns need to be immediately addressed by management. She can potentially be spreading some kind of illness. Customers and staff can be at great risk for becoming ill. This is a immense concern for public safety.

Had an amazing order picked up for Christmas. The whole team was friendly and they entire order was amazing. The ham so was perfectly seasoned! This has to be the best location to date!

Called them literally 4 times and held and held to see if we could add to our prepaid. No one would pick up. I decided to drive over and there are 10+ people working behind the counter and one other customer in the store. They went in the back to get our dinner rolls and came out with 4 (instead of 6) literally in a zip lock bag and they were frozen. That was very suspicious. I went out to my car where I could literally see them and called again. Guess what? NO ONE ANSWERED! Guess I'll stick with the pleasantburg drive location from now on

Tried to order a sandwich at 12:50 and was told they aren't serving sandwiches anymore because they are busy with orders but I could get a pre-made ham or turkey sandwich tomorrow for lunch. If they aren't going to serve lunch they shouldn't have it on line. The girl on the phone was pleasant, she was only following orders. This was going to be my first visit to this location but now I won't give them a chance... what a shame that a brand like Honey baked hams can't figure out how to serve its customers. Disappointing!!!

I purchase a pound of roasted turkey, when I got home the date to use it by was in four days, why would you sell someone something that need to be use in four days. Call and the girl said I will have my manager to call you. No call yet from the manager. I will never visit this place again. Terrible Customer Service.
