Very good food, but is the second time that I order by phone in Simpsonville and the lady is very rude.

I ordered the vegan arepa and asked for no mayo as that was the only condiment listed on the item per the menu. After receiving the food I noticed it was drowned in ketchup. I don't like making a deal out of stuff so I was just not going to eat it and eat the fries, but my boyfriend noticed I wasn't eating so he took it up to the counter to ask the girl if it can be remade since there wasn't supposed to be ketchup, and she says "well you only asked for no mayo. That's just how it comes " and he said oh ok... And she suggested we just "wipe off the ketchup". Mind you it is all over the stuff inside the arepa so there is no way to "wipe it off". Again, I wasn't going to say anything about it and chalk it up as a mistake, but the fact that the girl at the counter just straight up lied instead of trying to solve the problem really irritated me. Nowhere on the menu does it mention ketchup on ANY of the arepas. As a side note, the fries tasted straight out of an air fryer (not an insult, just saying they are cheap frozen fries and not worth paying $2.99 for a small, on top of the price of whatever main food you order)

I come in it’s two girls in the front at the register one is on the phone the other one is talking Spanish to the one on the phone! I stood there 3 minutes neither greeted me nor acknowledged me at home! I spoke up & one of them told me to hold on it’s been 3 additional minutes & still nothing! SMH

This place was absolutely amazing my girlfriend and I enjoyed their big juicy burgers we ate like kings and queens and their burgers were fresh and so we're their buns and fries and onions rings were amazing
