I had an amazing time at Tipsy Taco — the food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast, but what really made the visit special was the service. Our bartender, Libby, went above and beyond! She was friendly, quick with the drinks, and had great recommendations from the menu. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does — she kept the energy fun and welcoming the entire time.
If you stop by Tipsy Taco, definitely grab a seat at the bar and let Libby take care of you. She made the night a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! 🌮🍹

LOVED the pork belly bowl. Even better when combined with the dip trio of guacamole, spicy salsa, and bean dip and scooped up with chips. Can’t wait to dine in for the full experience and drinks!

Tipsy Taco Simpsonville has always been a favorite of mine. Tonight I ordered take out and there was a small hiccup with my order when I arrived home. I called to tell what happened and Toshya, one of the managers, went the “extra mile” to correct the mistake. Top notch customer service for me and now Toshya is one of my favorite people to know. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

I've never had an issue with Tipsy until tonight. My husband ordered me 3 bang bang shrimp tacos. They arrived with burnt shrimp and NO bang bang sauce. Now, the restaurant is closed! Wow...just Wow! I'm not happy! Wishing that I could attach a photo!

jordan the manager handled an incorrect delivery from doordash. i was missing items and my item i did get wasn’t right. not only did she remake it she sent a 25.00 gift card with the order. it is rare to come by good customer service and she truly went above and beyond to do the right thing. thank you

It's hit or miss here. It depends on who is working and which manager is on duty. Today, I got sick off my filet fajita. It was not cooked to temperature. And, something was off about the rest of my order even after waiting patiently for quite a while for it. Other days, my food has been good with no issues. Service was okay today, but it's also been better mostly due to wait time and inaccuracy. Again, it's hit or miss.
