Food was good, but the wait was long and my order was wrong. This is a common occurrence at every Tropical Grille I've visited. You take a gamble every time you go there.

These people can’t get your order right for anything. It’s frustrating as ever! Like seriously if you don’t like your job then FIND ANOTHER ONE! The lazy staff at this establishment is insane and had the nerve to try and make jokes to each other when it’s clearly their fault for messing up our orders. Definitely won’t return to this one! Be careful if you spend your money here… rethink it and when you rethink it, rethink it again!

Very slow!!! Employees goofing off instead of working. No one at drive through when we pulled up. 7 cars behind us now waiting and beeping horn. Arrived at 9pm it’s now 9:26pm server commented you come when we r closing I don’t know what to tell you !! Rude !

Review for Tropical Grille
Our experience at Tropical Grille was beyond disappointing. We placed an online order for pickup at 5:40 PM but arrived early at 5:25 PM, only to find out that our order had already been given to someone else. Instead of immediately resolving the issue, we had to wait over an hour for them to remake our food. The manager tried to excuse the delay by claiming they were “swamped with orders,” but we sat there for an hour watching other customers come in and out quickly with their orders.
To make matters worse, the older lady manager was incredibly rude, telling us, “You are lucky we are being nice enough to remake this for you.” Lucky? After your team gave our order to the wrong person? She then tried to justify the mistake by saying, “How would someone else say the exact name and know it?” Maybe because it’s a common name? Instead of relying solely on names, the drive-thru or counter staff should be verifying orders with the unique code provided on the online receipt.
The complete lack of accountability and customer service here is unacceptable. This was a frustrating and avoidable situation that left a terrible impression. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

First visit and loved the food. Wished they had nutrition info available because I'm not sure if it's truly a heathy alternative when counting calories. Food was delicious though.

I normally do my own meal prep but this weekend due to traveling, I decided to order 4lbs of unseasoned chicken breast from Tropical Grille in Simpsonville, SC. Ciera's customer service was excellent, and Arturo cooked my chicken to perfection. After calling the restaurant to give my verbal review, I decided to do a written one as well. I was saddened to hear today was Ciera's last day. She's taken my order a few times in the past and has always been awesome.

I used Tropical Grille for our corporate meeting and they were fantastic! Everything was fresh, correct, and on time! Laura was especially helpful getting our order delivered on time which is always important on days with back to back meetings.
