Tropical Smoothie Cafe

As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a big welcome in! The establishment was clean. The restrooms were clean and fresh smelling. The cashier was really friendly and helped me figure out what I wanted! It was Soooo many options! I told him what I was looking for and his suggestion was amazing but simply. I wanted a protein smoothie and so I tried the new Peanut Butter paradise smoothie! It was delish. My husband got the Dragon fruit passion something. But it was good, not to sweet at all. I highly recommend this place. I will be back!

I asked for a food modification I paid extra for and they did not do it, they forgot and as I asked again, they gave me attitude, proceeded to snatch things up and slammed my drink down in front of me. I felt so embarrassed. When I walked out I could hear their manger laughing at me.

Went today to redeem my birthday reward. I got the Dragonfruit Passion a smoothie and chicken pesto flatbread. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel special on my birthday. I will come back back soon.

Walking in, the area was super clean and neat. The staff were very welcoming as you walk in. We stopped in around lunch and only had a 1-2 minute wait. Got a chicken bacon ranch flat bread and blimey limey smoothie that was perfect! They also provided discount for first responders! We will definitely be returning here soon.

Everything about tropical smoothie is great, but I am not sure what has happened to the portion sizes. I cannot believe how much the sizes of the wraps have changed. I used to eat half and save the other half for later and half is not enough for my lunch any longer due to the size. It’s disappointing because the prices should indicate otherwise. Still delicious.

Service is always Top tier at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I love how they all work together to get you your food in a timely manner. Smoothie is always perfect and food is always hot and fresh!!!! My favorite place to visit!

The Blueberry bliss smoothie is great!

My husband and I have spent alot of money on this place over the years. We are tired of the terrible customer service at this point. The manager(Anthony) said they are more concerned with keeping the money we paid for an item we never received rather than making sure we get the item that we paid for and didn’t receive.

Me and my bro ordered smoothie and food. They brought the food but no smoothie was delivered. Doordash said they are the one to deal with problems related to missing items, tropical smoothie said its on doordash. We ordered it from tropical smoothie website, not doordash.
Tropical smoothie said they apologize and will contact doordash to figure out the solution and will call us back. They never did call back.

When we called them back 2 hours later the manager Anthony said it was the drivers fault not theirs and will do nothing about it and did not even apologize for not calling back.

Avoid this place.

Love the detox smoothie. Very refreshing.

Their smoothies are so good!!

The smoothies are big and taste very good. Sometimes they can be a little too icy and you end up with like a couple inches of ice at the bottom, still very good overall though

They have great food. The smoothies are really good but unfortunately if you dont want turbinado in it then you roll the dice. They put it in smoothies by default (except the kale/green ones) so I think they do it by muscle memory. I dont like that sweet stuff or the extra 250 calories.

If you order delivery you either have to toss the sugary smoothie or drink it to not feel like you wasted your money. They will not send out another delivery for a smoothie they messed up

would be 5/5 if not for this constant problem.They addressed it with me before and it was good for awhile , then they went back to putting it in smoothies that you ordered to leave it out.
