The Blueberry bliss smoothie is great!

My husband and I have spent alot of money on this place over the years. We are tired of the terrible customer service at this point. The manager(Anthony) said they are more concerned with keeping the money we paid for an item we never received rather than making sure we get the item that we paid for and didn’t receive.

Me and my bro ordered smoothie and food. They brought the food but no smoothie was delivered. Doordash said they are the one to deal with problems related to missing items, tropical smoothie said its on doordash. We ordered it from tropical smoothie website, not doordash.
Tropical smoothie said they apologize and will contact doordash to figure out the solution and will call us back. They never did call back.

When we called them back 2 hours later the manager Anthony said it was the drivers fault not theirs and will do nothing about it and did not even apologize for not calling back.

Avoid this place.

Love the detox smoothie. Very refreshing.

Their smoothies are so good!!

The smoothies are big and taste very good. Sometimes they can be a little too icy and you end up with like a couple inches of ice at the bottom, still very good overall though

They have great food. The smoothies are really good but unfortunately if you dont want turbinado in it then you roll the dice. They put it in smoothies by default (except the kale/green ones) so I think they do it by muscle memory. I dont like that sweet stuff or the extra 250 calories.

If you order delivery you either have to toss the sugary smoothie or drink it to not feel like you wasted your money. They will not send out another delivery for a smoothie they messed up

would be 5/5 if not for this constant problem.They addressed it with me before and it was good for awhile , then they went back to putting it in smoothies that you ordered to leave it out.

I received a Tropical Cafe coupon in the mail. Since I had been looking for a smoothie place in my area, I decided to give it a try. I walked into the store about 2pm and was greeted promptly. I said that I had a coupon for a smoothie. The young lady taking my order knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly what to do for me to use it. (It is a pet peeve of mine when I have a coupon for an establishment and the staff doesn't know how to process it.) My order was taken and my Peanut Paradise smoothie was prepared. It only took a couple of minutes. The smoothie was delicious! I was very happy with it. I might try to find a Tropical Cafe smoothie with a few less calories, but I will definitely be going back to Tropical Cafe,

The smoothies are good, always consistent and food isn’t bad either. It’s a nice lunch. The staff are also super friendly and I never have to wait. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I had never been to this establishment and I was in a time crunch - I was happily greeted by Hannah and the MIT who suggested their favorite items - I asked if it would take long bc I had a test next plaza over and she had my food out quicker than I could imagine!
I would have never ordered it!
I loved it so much and it was made perfectly that my boyfriend and I doordashed the same items to our house the next day!
We ordered the bahama mama and chipotle chicken flatbread ?
It will forever be known as “the Hannah meal” in my house!!
As a GM in a retail store - I can appreciate her greeting and sincere willingness to please her guests!
