Ordered three dinners two were not standard the lady took the time to find out what I wanted and the family was super happy with the flavor and the quality. I didn't get anything this time but when I had a burrito bowl a week before it was awesome. Perfect proportions of all ingredients just definitely great food

I was really disappointed with my order. The churro I got was cold on the inside, the chips were stale, and the tacos weren't hot at all. It tasted like everything had been sitting out for a while. Definitely not a good experience.

Gone down hill. This used to be my favorite but after my last experience, never again. I had me and my family of 5 they brought two plates then I had to go up 5-7 later asking for the rest of the food. When we got the food it was lacking flavor, not hot and for some reason the once yummy cheese dip tasted like water. Then the real bad stuff… went to use the bathroom and it was the so dirty. Then it made me look around, dust bunnies about to fall off the ceiling. Then all the iced tea and juice had no lids on them. Who knows what’s floating in there. They were out of mild salsa and the salsa bar was sitting in melted water. Just dirty, horrible service and bland food. What happened to my once favorite spot for Mexican food? :(

They consistently leave out items with To Go orders. This last time they left out a $13 order of guacamole. They refused to refund the money and they would not deliver it to our house. That was the last straw. We have filed a complaint with the credit card company and I am leaving this review. If you get a To Go order check it thoroughly. I recommend not doing business and eating at this restaurant.

I gave this restaurant a shot against my better judgment… ordered the fajita & it was terrible. Honestly it looked like leftover dog food. How can they serve customers this with a straight face? It was unpleasant to the eye so I threw it out. Money wasted.

Update: to reply to the owners condescending comment how is my truth considered disrespectful? You need tougher skin. You should be able to take criticism in your line of work. Sir/ mam if I pay you for a meal but I’m not satisfied technically yes I am entitled to receive my moneys worth. I am entitled to have a meal properly cooked & not just thrown together. It wasn’t like you gave me free food out of the kindness of your heart. Lastly sir/ mam how can I see & return food from a carry out order which I did not pickup. I don’t have time to travel to another town to complain about food. Maybe you should consider taking a course on customer service. Just my two cents.

Service person is unprofessional and rude. Refuse to fix your order, refuse to reimburse you , if the order comes out incomplete or incorrect.Just don’t visit, Taco Bell has friendlier people and same quality food. But cheaper and the order is always correct.

You don't get what you ordered.Always double check because items are missing, even you order in person and wait for it.Unbelievable that they can't even the easiest order for two people right.The woman who took my order is not acting professionally and refuses even to reimburse you, even she agreed on didn’t get your order straight.Fact: you will not get what you paid for and even get blamed for not understanding their business !!!!My decision: I will never order food from this location again and will let everyone know about my negative experience.Taco Bell is friendlier and the food doesn’t seem to have any difference to that food.

Uncle Berto’s Taco Tuesdays does not disappoint! They are a great deal at $2 for your choice of beef or chicken on corn, flour or crunchy shells. But also, the customer attention is top notch. My family of 6 have completely varying tastes and our order is complex. I ordered online and they called to make sure they got it right. It arrived perfect, labeled and most especially delicious! LOVE coming to Uncle Bertos. The food is always delicious and served very quickly. I particularly like their chips, they’re thick and crunchy. Perfect chips for nachos as they withstand the moisture and hold up really well. ✔️✔️✔️
