You don't get what you ordered.Always double check because items are missing, even you order in person and wait for it.Unbelievable that they can't even the easiest order for two people right.The woman who took my order is not acting professionally and refuses even to reimburse you, even she agreed on didn’t get your order straight.Fact: you will not get what you paid for and even get blamed for not understanding their business !!!!My decision: I will never order food from this location again and will let everyone know about my negative experience.Taco Bell is friendlier and the food doesn’t seem to have any difference to that food.Parking: 4 spots only

Uncle Berto’s Taco Tuesdays does not disappoint! They are a great deal at $2 for your choice of beef or chicken on corn, flour or crunchy shells. But also, the customer attention is top notch. My family of 6 have completely varying tastes and our order is complex. I ordered online and they called to make sure they got it right. It arrived perfect, labeled and most especially delicious! LOVE coming to Uncle Bertos. The food is always delicious and served very quickly. I particularly like their chips, they’re thick and crunchy. Perfect chips for nachos as they withstand the moisture and hold up really well. ✔️✔️✔️

Food is below average, got birria tacos,quesadilla and a wet burrito, Food could be improved if they balance the ingredients, tacos and quesadilla had too much cheese to a point that you could only taste the salty chesse, wet burrito was ok. A big plus that they have aguas frescas as free refills, would eat here occasionally but not my spot for Mexican food, girl in the front counter is nice and has good customer service skills.

We ordered dinner online. It was ready on time, and exactly as ordered. We got two burritos which came with a side of chips, and refried beans. At first I was disappointed that they didn't deliver, but my husband reminded me about their salsa bar. We took samples of our favorites and enjoyed sharing them when we got home. Overall an excellent experience that we don't take advantage of enough!
Today was our 26th year wedding anniversary and since we were unable to actually go out to a restaurant.we tried the food from this establishment located in Robuck today for the first time. We were pretty impressed! The food was really delicious and the portion size was adequate.I also had guacamole for the first time and really liked it. The only issue we had was that the beef taco was a little too salty, other than that we think we will be returning again at a later date.

We just picked up some pork and chicken tamales at Uncle Berto's new Roebuck location and they're by far the best we've found in the state. For some reason the others have had way too much masa, but these were just right, like we had along the MX-US border. The flavor of both masa and filling were excellent and the salsa verde and casera were also. We were just doing takeout so can't comment on the table service, but the lady at the front counter was friendly and helpful. Definitely a keeper.

I tried SO hard with Uncle Berto's Burritos, but with their new management, they have gotten our orders wrong countless times-- and we get the same thing every time! I tried to be very understanding over the phone as they forgot side dishes I'd paid for, chicken in chicken burrito bowls, but the icing on the cake was when the manager said she'd give me a $15 credit over the phone when I called them letting them know we would still eat the food we picked up, but there were items wrong and missing. I went back a few weeks later to redeem my credit and the manager insisted that there was no credit, that she was just going to refund rice. After I pushed her to use the credit, they got my order wrong AGAIN. I went up to the counter and politely let her know that she got me a burrito and not a burrito bowl (we have a gluten allergy) and she said "no, you said burrito!". I have never had so many wrong orders, and then a manager who actually told me that what I said was wrong. This is the same order we place every time we go there and I was literally reading right from my phone. ? We're really sad because we love the food but the service has disappointed us far too many times for us to want to spend our money there. We weren't sure if it was just us but when asking around, we heard many others with very similar stories.
