I've stopped here multiple times, including a couple holidays recently, but I'm done. I go here because it's simple food, generally good, & cheap. I don't go here so the staff can get into their personal lives & sit around looking like homeless people... I don't go here so the one woman can bang around in the kitchen so loud that it hurts my ears... I don't go here so the chef can get pissy & snappy while making our food. So... I don't go here. It was that simple. I found another Waffle that treats us like customers, not someone that's in the way.

1. The eggs where way undercooked. The white was running all over the plate, its like they just cracked the egg and put it on the plate. Bacon was burnt. 2. The service wasn't horrible at first but progressively got worse. I started having second thoughts once the order was being taken. Also left my kids food sitting on the counter for almost 10 minutes, so it was cold when we finally got it. 3. It was so tense among the employees, within a matter of 10 minutes the vibe switched from laid back to everyone being frantic. 4. To top it all off the tea made my son sick. Vomited all over me and the table. Immediately after we tolled the manager about the tea and she took the urn, dumped it and washed it and was talking to an employee about it so I'm assuming the tea was a couple hours old. I should've never paid or left a tip but I'm not about that life. However my family probably won't return to this location.

Very good place to have breakfast. They have good food and service.
Never have had a bad experience until tonight. We were the only people in the entire restaurant/ parking lot. The cook was asleep.. Food came out cold. My daughter’s waffle was burnt twice so I just stated to take it off the bill. I know everyone that is employeed here works hard and has long hours. But this was ridiculous. $30 and we ate maybe 3 bites of food. Would feel little more sympathetic if they were busy. But wasn’t the case. Won’t be back to this location

I will always love this Waffle House (U610) bc I was the grill operator when it first opened! My first job out of college! Unfortunately the Department of Transportation has rerouted traffic in that area to the point that it is very difficult to find now.
As always, a good meal for a reasonable price served by friendly, courteous people!
