Get me wrong I love waffle House but I do not appreciate some of the women who had really long hair especially the girl that had the frizzy wavy hair.. it wasn't braided.. nothing to keep it under control...... while she's cooking. I had hair in my food twice.. do I need to wear hairnets if they're going to be in the kitchen.. that is really disgusting and I can't believe I had hair in my food twice... After I took a bite of it..

Best Waffle House experience in quite some time. The cook and waitress on 3rd shift had a very clean restaurant. Very friendly, very prompt I'll definitely be back to this location. It was 430am. An my dad and I left in a much better mood and better drive home. Thanks ladies! Positive energy... Positive vibes!😉

Not many deserve an all 5 star Review but this is an exception, Location #0610 Grandview Dr in Simpsonville S.C....( Just behind Dollar Tree ) From entry to exit, The Staff were Fantastic ! The food was delicious & exceptionally clean location ! My visit was on 10/02/25 at 10:50 A.M....Thanks, Jamal, Karen, & Olivia & entire staff for a Pleasant Visit, See you Soon !! ( Michael )

I've stopped here multiple times, including a couple holidays recently, but I'm done. I go here because it's simple food, generally good, & cheap. I don't go here so the staff can get into their personal lives & sit around looking like homeless people... I don't go here so the one woman can bang around in the kitchen so loud that it hurts my ears... I don't go here so the chef can get pissy & snappy while making our food. So... I don't go here. It was that simple. I found another Waffle that treats us like customers, not someone that's in the way.

I don't know if the new faces but this place use to be topnotch... (Poor service)
1. The eggs where way undercooked. The white was running all over the plate, its like they just cracked the egg and put it on the plate. Bacon was burnt. 2. The service wasn't horrible at first but progressively got worse. I started having second thoughts once the order was being taken. Also left my kids food sitting on the counter for almost 10 minutes, so it was cold when we finally got it. 3. It was so tense among the employees, within a matter of 10 minutes the vibe switched from laid back to everyone being frantic. 4. To top it all off the tea made my son sick. Vomited all over me and the table. Immediately after we tolled the manager about the tea and she took the urn, dumped it and washed it and was talking to an employee about it so I'm assuming the tea was a couple hours old. I should've never paid or left a tip but I'm not about that life. However my family probably won't return to this location.
