The service was good and staff were friendly. I went in for a bowl of grits add cheese and crumbled bacon and was charged nearly 12 bucks. I'm not a WH regular customer so I wasn't quite expecting to pay that much. Next time I want grits I'll just make it at home.

Stood there for 15 minutes before getting waited on,took our order but manager had to get our drinks waitress didn't even ask us about drinks. Coffee was cold,waffle was uncooked still had patter on inside.Got excuse after excuse from waitress. It wasn't that busy,after getting 2nd waffle which they made sure was done,the rest of my meal came after I ate half of it and son was done with his meal.Never again!!!Got refills on Coffee and soda when we were done and ready to walk out door!!!!!

This is probably the best waffle house I've ever been to. The staff tonight was incredibly friendly and kind, they prepared delicious food quickly and made it fresh to order. I was so thrilled by my experience with the friendly staff that I've gone on to tell several of my friends about my experience. If you're in Simpsonville and looking for an affordable meal served by smiling faces this is where you need to go. I'll definitely be back.

The service was kind of slow based on lack of staff. There was just one waitress for the entire restaurant. The cooks were trying to help out and taking orders and delivering the food when it was ready, but they had a hard time keeping up.

We sat down...and sat...and sat...and sat.. No one ever came to get the dirty dishes. No one came to give us silverware. No one came to take our order. No one even offered to give us some drinks. Others who came in after us were served. When we simply asked, (nicely) who's our waitress, the waitress got mad. We chose to leave.

Filthy, Disrespectful, Grumpy waitstaff. Over an hour wait for a table and served 2 tables of people who just walked in. Clearly discriminated who they served. Food all over the floors tables full of dirty dishes. I saw 4-5 parties leave after waiting without being spoken to or served. Been a fan of Waffle House for years but this one must have terrible management. Terribly understaffed on a weekend at prime time. Absolutely filthy floors, tables. Go anywhere else.
