Allowed my mother to start work and perform a days worth of work, only to not have put her in the system and asked her to come back in a couple months when they have room for her. Not only did they allow her to work without being in the system, they are denying her pay for the day she worked.

I’m pregnant, and my husband brought me food from Waffle House. Thankfully, he asked to take a bite of my waffle first — and ended up biting into a metal screw. A SCREW. I can’t imagine what could’ve happened if I had eaten it myself. This is unacceptable and incredibly dangerous. We’re beyond disappointed and shaken. Do better.

Food was fantastic, and one of the better portions. It's waffle house, could be a little cleaner but it's was nice and quick. Service is kinda where this location falls apart, been a few visits and they never bring refills. They take care of you good out the gate but when food hits the table your often forgot. Will update as experience changes.

I have never not been pleased with my food from a waffle house across America. It's disheartening to be so hungry and be so dissatisfied with a meal you pay $20.00 for.

Let's talk about the omelette. They aren't on the menu, but they should be. Lord have mercy. Omelette goodness at its best. Best omelette in town. Beats out all the fancy breakfast places. Choose waffle house, they never disappoint! # amazing vibes and food
The service was good and staff were friendly. I went in for a bowl of grits add cheese and crumbled bacon and was charged nearly 12 bucks. I'm not a WH regular customer so I wasn't quite expecting to pay that much. Next time I want grits I'll just make it at home.

Stood there for 15 minutes before getting waited on,took our order but manager had to get our drinks waitress didn't even ask us about drinks. Coffee was cold,waffle was uncooked still had patter on inside.Got excuse after excuse from waitress. It wasn't that busy,after getting 2nd waffle which they made sure was done,the rest of my meal came after I ate half of it and son was done with his meal.Never again!!!Got refills on Coffee and soda when we were done and ready to walk out door!!!!!

This is probably the best waffle house I've ever been to. The staff tonight was incredibly friendly and kind, they prepared delicious food quickly and made it fresh to order. I was so thrilled by my experience with the friendly staff that I've gone on to tell several of my friends about my experience. If you're in Simpsonville and looking for an affordable meal served by smiling faces this is where you need to go. I'll definitely be back.
