This is probably the best waffle house I've ever been to. The staff tonight was incredibly friendly and kind, they prepared delicious food quickly and made it fresh to order. I was so thrilled by my experience with the friendly staff that I've gone on to tell several of my friends about my experience. If you're in Simpsonville and looking for an affordable meal served by smiling faces this is where you need to go. I'll definitely be back.

Loved the food prepared here! The waitress, Ashlyn, was very kind and friendly. The waffles were cooked to perfection, and everything else we ordered was delivered as we requested it.

The service was kind of slow based on lack of staff. There was just one waitress for the entire restaurant. The cooks were trying to help out and taking orders and delivering the food when it was ready, but they had a hard time keeping up.

We sat down...and sat...and sat...and sat.. No one ever came to get the dirty dishes. No one came to give us silverware. No one came to take our order. No one even offered to give us some drinks. Others who came in after us were served. When we simply asked, (nicely) who's our waitress, the waitress got mad. We chose to leave.

Filthy, Disrespectful, Grumpy waitstaff. Over an hour wait for a table and served 2 tables of people who just walked in. Clearly discriminated who they served. Food all over the floors tables full of dirty dishes. I saw 4-5 parties leave after waiting without being spoken to or served. Been a fan of Waffle House for years but this one must have terrible management. Terribly understaffed on a weekend at prime time. Absolutely filthy floors, tables. Go anywhere else.
I was charged $21 for 2 plain waffles and 2 has brown orders plain. I know I got cheated he didn’t even ring up my order properly

Worst food I’ve ever had. Paid for bacon and onions didn’t get them. The patty melt tasted like it was made the day before. Food was not edible

Overall pretty good but they burned my toast pretty badly. They were apologetic at the register but to send it out in the first place begs the question of cook attentiveness.

This is by far the worst location each time I order from here the food is just ok but the waffles are always horrible Idk what kind of batter they have but it needs to be addressed! Why is my waffle falling apart before I even pick it up?? This has happen atleast 3 times the waffles are horrible

Friendly folks serving traditional American breakfast. Nothing fancy, but that's ok. It was good and it was hot when it came to the table. The waffle was cooked just right being slightly crispy yet soft inside. The bacon was crispy but not greasy. The over medium eggs came out just like they should, and the grits were the perfect texture. The coffee was fresh and hot and we always got timely refills. Our server was friendly and personable. The only thing I'd say could have been better was the toast. It was a little undercooked so not crisp.
