I went to Wendy’s on December 31,2025 and ordered 4 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. Two were to made regular and the other two just add onions and pickles. When I got them they were cold. I looked at one to make sure that the two didn’t add onions or pickles on them. They didn’t. I didn’t dig around in the burgers to look for everything on each burger because 3 burgers weren’t mine. I didn’t think I would have to look for BACON AND MAYO, which are standard for the Bacon and Cheese Jr Burger. When I dropped off the burgers, none had bacon or mayo. How do you leave off bacon on the Jr. Bacon and Cheese Burger? I don’t know, but they did on all four burgers. Two of the burgers were missing lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and bacon and all the burgers were cold. I know they had been sitting there and then they made them. They weren’t even warm.

I called last night to talk to the manager, who turned out not to be the manager apparently. I spoke with a gentleman for less than a minute. He hung up on me and I called back later and another guy answered and said he was the manager. He wouldn’t take my name and ask a manager to call me or give me corporate number. He said something to the fact he couldn’t give me that information because it was personal. Then he hung up on me as I was asking another question. He refused to have anyone call me or take my name to pass it on to another manager or give me corporate number.

If you have an issue with this location, you’re out of luck.

I am utterly disgusted by the experience. They made me go through the drive-thru three times before finally giving me my order, and then they told me they didn't have bacon for the Baconator fries, even after taking my order. I am ashamed of the staff working there on December 20, 2025, at 1 a.m. The employees were rude, and I saw the manager slip money into her own pocket, which is shameful. What has the world come to today?

Went through the drive through last night..was told they were out of chicken fingers and six different types of drinks.. Caucasian female manager was very rude and unprofessional..this place shouldn't be open if both is available and if the customer service is trash..Sad when it's management...🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

We showed up when they were massively busy. The manager at 630pm on December 7th was training a new cashier. They got all of the food out quick. They held conversation with my kid the entire time. So kind and welcoming. We normally order drive thru but went inside to pick it up. Their happiness and kindness radiated off of them and it makes us want to go back and dine in in the future.

No coke in the building, grease for the fryers hasn’t been changed in weeks if not months. Burgers were horrible and looked like the patties were from lunch time when we ate at 3:00. The floors and cleanliness behind the registers were disgusting! People there however were very energetic but seemed somewhat disconnected from proper functions of a fast food restaurant! We will never return here again!

Inconsistent at best. Second report...totally out of ketchup, back of the house and in front. The chili is the only thing that keeps me coming back.

Should read the reviews first. My sandwich was dry as heck. No mayo or anything on it. They gave me a sprinkle of lettuce and the meat looked beat up

Second time this week that my order was wrong I really should have checked it before I left drive thru but the wait and traffic to get out was so crazy I will NOT be going back I will drive to fountain inn first

Got to drive thru at 10:50p. No one answered. Two cars in front of us drove off. Went to the window Mgr told us we’d have to go back to drive thru. We explained situation, asked for his name. He wouldn’t give us any info or business card. Very unprofessional and rude!! All I wanted was a bowl of chili!

Waited 10 mins for food with no one in line. I buy a chicken sandwich ask for barbecue sauce and they say 55 cents! Nah I’m good. Just another reason why I’ll go somewhere else

Ordered 2 combo's, then they tell us there out of soda's. We ordered double cheeseburger ,only had 1 patty,ordered 2 large fries .Got 1 large and 1 small. Never again, they lost us as a customer. And I also asked for a receipt, he said he didn't have one.
