I am sick an tired of this wendys late night performance. Late at night they do one order at a time even tho there will be three or four people in there. There's a long line but it never moves because they wait til the person at the window leaves. Other people just drive off and take there business elsewhere. Wendys yall loosing money. The workers act like they don't want to be there and the foods cold. Do better 0 out of ten. Also after 1am they only do delivery orders even tho I had cash. Bad for business

Arrived at 1:45 pm. Waited at kiosk for 3 cars to get orders (over 4 minutes). Placed order for 2 doubled and 2 small fries and order taker asked if I wanted singles or combos. I ordered doubles and then I got something I did not expect. She proceeded to cop a bad attitude. I thought the fact that I ordered two small fries should have been enough of a hint. Mus not have been her day because after placing order a car about 3 cars a head of me gave back their entire order. To top it off, it was a hot day so I got a cold drink but no straw and no napkins. They did not have the chocolate frosty base for the new Girl Scout thin mint frosty. We had to settle for all vanilla base. We mobile ordered five total and three were to be chocolate. They also did not have cup holders. The order took longer than usual. The lady at the drive through was very nice. All the frosty’s were like a shake instead of the normal texture we have come to love. We had to put them in our freezer to firm the up
I got a potato, and chili asked at the speaker for chili sauce. I forgot to ask the window and, of course, no sauce in the bag. It is crazy you literally have to demand chili sauce from Wendy's. It seems like anytime you tell them they didnt give it to you, they have an attitude, and thats not just this location Its damn near every one of them that I've been too. I've been to a lot of them across the south. My boyfriend's spicy chicken sandwich was dr, and his dads nuggets looked old burget from the bag was cold to the touch. I was gone take all the food back but they were fine so i dealt with it. Window girl was nice, doe.

By far the longest weight I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. Do not come after the doors are closed. It is not worth it. 40 minute wait just to pick up a DoorDash that’s some BS. Recommend they close the store at 12. They suck anyways.

I walked in and noticed an unpleasant smell. While I was waiting to order, a young girl brought her burger to the counter to explain that she pulled a hair out of it. Several other issues which I will not describe. This place is just nasty. Ownership/management - please take note and make the necessary corrections, or just close it down. Stop providing this nastiness to the public. Dave is rolling over in his grave...

Just a heads up, this specific location currently has a C rating. Went there today and was about to go inside. I turned right back around and left when I saw this.
Their service is abysmal, plainly put. Food is inedible and their drive thru line is survival of the fittest.
