There are no lights! The sign is off, the parking lot lights are off, the menu lights are off. So hard to see any thing to place an order. Your order is hit or miss after you order. If they are out of something the green haired girl wont tell you, they put something in the bag and hope you dont check!! This a perfect way to let people know you are closed and dont want business! Why even open for breakfast? If there were someone that cared the menu is really good.

Placed an order online for pickup. When I showed up I was told that they didn’t have the mix to make the Frosty’s but they could still give me the fries. I told them the fries were for the frosty and I did not need them if we didn’t have the Frosty’s and to just cancel my order. I was told that they could not cancel the order *or* give me a refund. They handed me a piece of paper with a number written on it to call. I said I am going to call them now and was told they are only open during the day and I would have to wait and call the next day. I asked if they really expected me to leave with no food and no money and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me unless I wanted a drink instead of a frosty obviously not… 😡 so I have literally just been charged for three Frosty’s and fries and have exactly zero food to show for it and have to call a number tomorrow and try to convince someone that I need *All* my money back. It’s funny cause if I took their product and did not pay it would be stealing but if they take my money and don’t give me my product I’m just out of luck or what?!

Update: just called the number I was giving and it’s for doordashers so I had to hunt down corporates number. Called corporate and they said this is a franchise and they cannot refund the money but would send a request to the franchise owner and if the request was approved it would take 7 days from my approval to get my money back. *IF* !! literally I may end up out 10 bucks because I made the mistake of ordering from this store and even if it gets approved they are going to hold my money for atleast a week!

There seems to always be something going on at this location that makes it not worth going. Out of fries, can’t accept cards, slow service. Staff are ok and the food is usually good. But it’s not worth the roll of the dice on if you’re waiting in line to be told they’re having yet another problem.

Took family here today we first walked in to the manager telling people in line if they don’t want to wait they could leave because she was going to take her time. Then we got our food I spent $30 we rarely eat out and this is why my wife’s and my food was terrible like eating a rubber chicken sandwich my kids wouldn’t touch their nuggets and when my son doesn’t eat it there’s something wrong. I’m really disappointed and now the whole families stomachs hurt pretty much ruining the day so I would not recommend eating here again!

This is the SLOWEST Wendy's in America!! They will literally take one car at a time even though the line is wrapped around the building. They will take an order and the next car can't place their order until that car leaves. It's ridiculous! This has happened on multiple occasions. Now, I just go sometimes to see if im wrong and I never am. It's always at night. I think they do this in hopes of people leaving, so they don't have to make all those orders

We pulled up there's a drive-thru nobody in front of us nobody is receiving our call we drive up to the window to order our food we get no napkins no straws no sauces no nothing it was a joke and I don't normally leave bad reviews but y'all deserve this one.

Line around the building for drive thru, go inside and they have a line in there as well. Ended up walking out without placing an order cause they take so long. They take a order then fill that order, then repeat. Not sure why I keep going back to this one thinking they are going to change.

They haven't had any French toast sticks for three days now. They charged my card and didn't have the food. Then tell me it will be 2-3days before I get my money.

I don’t usually do this but I am going to warn others. I went here today as I had to wait over 45 MINUTES to get a mobile order. They had already made my order but never once ask anyone in line if they had a mobile order. My food was beyond cold, I told this rude employee ( a guy) about my order, he rolled his eyes and snatched my bag while throwing it away and told another employee to make my order but missed my chicken nuggets and sauce. My drink was water down and burgers were cold and not made properly. He threw the bag at me and made slick comments to another employee. This location is disgusting, the machines never work and they be out of spoons, napkins and etc. The higher ups should visit this sorry location and teach their employees how to respect customers. I will NEVER come back to this sorry location. If you call or email for a compliant they are so slow and don’t wanna refund you. Go to Chick-fil-A at least your food would be hot and fresh with no rude customer services.
