We dined in on 11/14 right at 6pm. We ordered two burgers and a kids grilled cheese meal. We waited around 20 minutes to get our food, they didn’t look busy but I could be overlooking something. First burger was great, but our grilled cheese had ketchup put in it (didn’t know that was an option yuke) and our other burger came out missing the mustard (the only thing we asked for on it). We asked to get the grilled cheese remade without the ketchup in it and for the side of mustard. The girl was polite and agreed to fix and make it right. Waited almost an additional 10 minutes for those two items. When the grilled cheese came back out, it hardly had any cheese on it, it was just bread. We then had to go back up a THIRD time to get that corrected. We then realized we were missing our apple juice and cookie for our kids meal. Had to go back up and get that as well. We still ended up missing the Apple juice so we gave up, ate what we had and left.
My first few experiences there were EXCELLENT! They were during the lunch hours though so maybe different staff? This last experience has made me pretty hesitant on going back.

We came in here to grab food before we went home. Ms. Nikki sure made us feel so welcome like we were King & Queen of the restaurant. I will be back as long as she's here working. The food was so on point with being fresh and hot.

Went 1st time after a $uicideboy$ concert & it was insanely packed and these guys were amazing dealing with crowd
Make sure you don't pay in cash, as they don't have change for a $100 bill. Like c'mon? $100 is nothing these days when the actual meal cost a 10th of that.
