Tried wing stop for the first time in Lenoir tonight. Huge mistake. Spent $30 on two meals just to wait 40 minutes to receive our food. Not only were my wings cold, but they were also the wrong flavors. Ordered hot honey and Korean q and I got lemon pepper and buffalo instead - both of which I don’t even like. So I don’t know if it’s just because I don’t like those flavors, because my food was cold, or because they just weren’t good in general, but it was a terrible experience. I was so excited to finally try wingstop but I’m so disappointed.

Horrible experience at North Myrtle location. Tempted to warn others coming in to turn around and don’t look back. Waiting over an hour and a half for food to finally have half our order handed to us from a shelf with to go orders. No one working front counter. DefinitelyWILL NOT be back. don’t waste your time.

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes. We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤 Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I had a 30-piece order of wings and received all drums—no mix of drums and flats. When we called to address the issue, the person on the phone rudely said, “You get what was left.” This is completely unacceptable! When ordering a 30-piece, it should be common sense to provide a mixture of drums and flats unless otherwise specified.

What made it worse was the lack of professionalism. He didn’t apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. Instead, he said, “You got what you got; there’s nothing we need to do. You got your food.” When I asked if they could at least offer a small discount for the inconvenience or even an apology, he refused.

This level of customer service is appalling, and I won’t be returning. I expect better when spending this much on an order. Very disappointing!

I’ve always loved Wingstop, but my recent experience at the Simpsonville location was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order online, which was supposed to be ready in 35 minutes, but ended up waiting almost 1 hour and 45 minutes. That’s just ridiculous. The food itself was delicious as always, but the wait completely ruined the experience. It’s frustrating because Wingstop is usually reliable, but their online system needs serious improvement. The promised time frames are completely off, and it feels like they’re not even close to being accurate. I don’t blame the employees—they seemed overwhelmed—but this issue is clearly with the system and how they manage orders. Wingstop,(vibes restaurant )you really need to fix this.

I did not realize Wing Stop would be so busy. It's better to order ahead. But the chicken tenders were worth the wait. Very moist meat, and very spicy flavor. I did not like the fries very much, though. They were the thin kind with potato skin on them, like from a carnival. So they were flimsy and bland.

Orlando the GM was PHENOMENAL. He made sure his team was on top of it, and he personally handed our orders to us our order times were estimated for 17 minutes and he had it to us in under 12 minutes! Absolutely excellent service!

Try to place my regular order that I’ve placed 1000 times and they told me they couldn’t do it said no I don’t know if just all the workers are incompetent or what but every time I go here it seems to be an issue With something whether they have forgotten something or overcharged me or spilled food in my bags I think the employees probably should be trained better
