So I work right down the road from this place and figured I’d run down on my thirty minute break and get something quick and cheap. Holy mistake 😭
I walked in and I could immediately tell that the two at the front counter were NOT happy to see me— I get it, I also work fast food for my other job, and when things are busy you can be absolutely exhausted. But Jesus Christ. I walk in and asked them a question, I asked if there was anything quick and cheap that could be made. The answer? Nothing. Like literally no words. They both just stared blankly at me. So I’m a little awkward and like .. haha I’m a little broke so .. And they just stared blankly. So I’m like okay just a side of fries and they just stare blankly at me. And then finally one of them starts ringing it up.
I thought MAYBE just fries would be quick and easy. I didn’t want to get anything expensive nor frustrating since it seemed like they were already pretty busy back there, especially with the online and DoorDash orders and whatnot.
I waited over 20 minutes just for a side of fries— and it was only when I went to the front counter and said something about it that I got them. I let her know, politely, that I needed to know how much longer the fries would take since I had to be back to my job in less than five minutes. She quite literally heavily sighed, and turned around without a word and walked back into the kitchen. Not even thirty seconds to maybe a minute later the fries were out. I have a feeling that if I hadn’t said anything, 20 minutes would’ve turned more into 40.
The fries were fine, over salted a bit but really not much to complain about. I just wish the service was better and the wait times, especially for an order so small, wasn’t so horrid. I truly hope whatever shitty day they were having gets better, but that is NOT the way to ever treat anybody, even when you’re having a bad day.

I had such a great experience at this Wingstop location! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I asked for it. The wings were perfectly crispy, the fries were seasoned just right, and everything tasted amazing.
What really stood out, though, was how clean and well-kept the place was — you can tell the team takes pride in their work. Even when they got busy, everyone stayed patient and professional. Definitely one of the best Wingstops I’ve been to, and I’ll 100% be coming back soon!

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

Today around 1pm on October the 18th my wings were the best they have been. Boneless with plenty of atomic sauce on to make the wings fantastic. Please always sauce em up like today!

Whenever we order from here, the food is great. The chicken is cooked just right and the veggie sticks are fresh. The ranch is good. The Dr Pepper is good. We usually get extra wings... This place used to be worse, but they turned it around in the past couple of months or so. We always get it delivered by Uber Eats, in case that matters.

Terrible service and food. We ordered carry out of wings, seasoned fries, and a large vegetable sticks. We received cold wings which were terrible, unseasoned, cold fries, and NO vegetable sticks. We only live 5 minutes away so everything should not have been cold. We definitely will not be back.

Was put on hold driving from Greenville and was still on hold when we got there.Girl waiting on us had call in and she took phone and just sat it on counter didn't even say hello. And now they don't have buffalo wings,what I always get! They've lost my business!!!!
Poor door dash girl waited half an hour for my order. I could not get it myself, I’m in a semi truck at the BASF plant. Lemon pepper wings were nasty. Too salty for my taste and sitting in a pool of grease. By the time they arrived it was after 9pm. I should have looked at these horrible reviews before ordering.

I guess it's my own fault for not looking at the review rating first. Whatever wait estimate they give, double it. And I don't blame the employees at all. They are just miserably over worked, yet still surprisingly kept their calm. At some point the owner needs to decide it's time to cut off the insane amount of door dash and Uber eats orders that are coming in. The volume is more than any one set of employees could possibly handle. That, or watch a brand new restaurant descend into a 1 star rating and a total loss of both employees and customers.

Can someone please explain to met how I can wait over an hour for my food to be ready and yet the fries are cold?? They are just serving pre cooked fries that have been sitting!! Meanwhile I can go all the way to woodruff location order to go bring it all the way back to fountain inn and the food is still hot and fresh. And no hour wait!! This has to be the worst fast food spot in Greenville. It is ALWAYS at least an hour wait and never get order right, and chance of something being cold. Ridiculous. Ill just make the drive to woodruff.
