Today was my family's first and last visit to Zamorah's. The reason was how the owner refused to honor an Entertainment Book coupon for 20% off our bill. She said that they no longer honor that coupon and has tried to stop the coupon. I stated that the coupon was the reason we came for our first visit today and that the right customer service action would be to honor it. I said that their issue with Entertainment was not my fault. When she still refused to honor it, I stated that she had turned a positive first experience into a negative one over how she was handling a coupon. When I stated that we would not be back because of how she was handling the situation, she did not seem to care. I ended by saying that she gave me no choice but to write a negative online review, and she said, “You do what you have to do.†I can't understand how a business owner would give up future business revenue over an $8.73 coupon discount for a first time customer.

Delicious home-style food that was super flavorful! Fried chicken was perfectly done; moist yet crispy. The pinto beans, green beans, and mac ‘n cheese were so delicious. The fried was good too. Would recommend!

Looking for a southern atmosphere that reminds you of your grandmother's home cookin, come here! Best restaurant Mac and Cheese! Food was seasoned to perfection, service was pleasant and the environment was quiet and clean.
I haven't even been there yet but they get five stars for feeding homeless people. And their pictures of food look delicious.

I love to stop by this restaurant when I can. Good homecooked food. They also feed the homeless which is why I don't mind spending a little more. I believe it's a fair price and you have a good family owned business.
