Don’t believe the closing time on google or even the closing time on the door that both say 10 and 10:30. Went to the drive through at 9:25 and was told they were closed.

25 minutes waiting on food is ridiculous especially when I was the first in line. They claim they were limited on staff, but i could here a guy in the background with 2 girls when i called to see what was going on. On top of thing i tried to get a refund, but they had the door locked for some reason....

Awful, not fast food. Service is awful food sucks. Don’t waste you tube here there are many better options around.

Slowest zaxbys ever

Just ordered delivery , where I specifically put no tomatoes or cheese and received my order covered in both tomatoes and cheese

Probably the worst Zaxbys ever… Order online for drive through pick up and wait 15mins for them to bring out my food. I tell her I still didn’t get me drinks and she goes “oh you didn’t get your Diet Coke” and starts looking inside my car… I say what? No I ordered 2 teas and then I look at the recent to find out it’s not even my order. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a salad, 2 kids meals and my teas.

I came here and used the restroom and was going to order food. An employee, a young African American girl with braids working on the grill did NOT wash her hands. Disgusting. Zero starts and won’t be eating here. She left the bathroom disgusting as well.

This location by far is outstanding when it comes to being clean and presentable the staff was friendly and the food most importantly was hot and fresh unlike other Zaxaby’s in the area. Very impressed with the facility and how clean it was. Made enjoyable to dine in.
