Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Probably the worst Zaxbys ever… Order online for drive through pick up and wait 15mins for them to bring out my food. I tell her I still didn’t get me drinks and she goes “oh you didn’t get your Diet Coke” and starts looking inside my car… I say what? No I ordered 2 teas and then I look at the recent to find out it’s not even my order. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a salad, 2 kids meals and my teas.

I came here and used the restroom and was going to order food. An employee, a young African American girl with braids working on the grill did NOT wash her hands. Disgusting. Zero starts and won’t be eating here. She left the bathroom disgusting as well.

This location by far is outstanding when it comes to being clean and presentable the staff was friendly and the food most importantly was hot and fresh unlike other Zaxaby’s in the area. Very impressed with the facility and how clean it was. Made enjoyable to dine in.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Zaxby’s location at Batesville Rd Simpsonville, which occurred on 7/10 and around 6p.

I ordered a Wings and Things meal with traditional wings, along with cheesecake bites. After placing the order, I was asked to pull forward and wait. I waited for quite some time while watching numerous other cars receive their orders and leave.

Eventually, I called the store to check on the status of my order and was told that they believed they had given my food away by mistake. I was then informed it would take another three minutes to cook the cheesecake bites. At that point, I chose to go inside and request a refund due to the delay and poor handling of the situation.

This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the time I had already spent waiting and the lack of clear communication. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I’ve generally enjoyed Zaxby’s in the past.

I am still standing here at 828 waiting for an online order that was supposed to be ready at 800. Multiple people have come in, ordered at counter, and ate food while I wait. Nobody offered any explanation even with 2 inquires. Girl working at the counter was very nice and apologetic. No idea what anyone else is doing. Wish I could say it was the first time that service was terrible at this location...

This is the type of place that makes you want to go viral on social media for having a full blown Karen melt down. I ordered curbside , checked in on the app like it says to… I get ignored , regardless of one employee continuing to come out to hand food to other people waiting. She can clearly see I’m parked in a curbside spot… but nonetheless , she ignores me. I end up going inside and guess what? Food is sitting on the pick up shelf just chilling for who knows how long… nobody greets, nobody talks. Don’t offer curbside if you plan on ignoring it. Trash customer service & the food is trash too. Lettuce is soggy… 🤮

Found dead fly in my house salad, but staff were good by offering a refund or for me to order something else instead.

It is unacceptable to pay for your food, told to wait in a parking space - wait for 10 minutes and then be told you have to wait another 12 minutes because they ran out of wings and have to cook more. And was asked after waiting the first 10 minutes if I wanted a refund and wasn't offered a credit or anything. This Zaxbys takes forever.

Worst Zaxby’s on the planet. This location used to be great, but it has now become the worst fast-food experience available. Absolutely awful!

Ordered food at 1:53 in the deive thru. Was told to pull up and wait. After 15 minutes I decided to go back thru the drive thru....was told order isn't ready.
My order: chicken sandwich and house salad. Finally got food after waiting a total of 20 minutes.

This used to be a good location but desperately needs new management. Avoid this one.

This Zaxby's used to be really good a few years back (I worked there from 2016-2019) Lately every time I go, the food is terrible. The fries are stale or unseasoned, the chicken is dry or undercooked, items are missing, etc. Today I ordered fried pickles and it seems like the employees forgot to set a timer while they were in the fryer. They were incredibly burnt and dry and I could't even finish them (I love fried pickles so that's saying something) Overall would not recommend this location

Placed an app order at 6:10 PM. Was notified in the app that it would be ready at 6:22 PM. Arrived at 6:20 PM and notified the restaurant. Waited 10 minutes and checked inside and was told it would be ready soon. Standing here at 6:48 PM and the Motley Crue can’t seem to put 4 chicken wings in a box with some fries. Zaxbys gets worse EVERY time!
