This location used to have great potential. They were organized, clean, and had friendly customer service. However, the food portions are incorrect, the food is often served cold, and orders are frequently mixed up with missing items. You rarely see anyone dining inside because the place is dirty, and half the tables are gone.
If the owner doesn’t take action soon, this restaurant is slowly heading towards closure. It would be disappointing to see Zaxby’s on Fairview shut down.

This is the slowest zaxbys in existence. It’s fascinating in fact slow they can be. It would be hard for another zaxbys to imitate the slowness of this establishment. If you feel like wasting literal years off your life pull up to their drive thru. It would be quicker to process and fry your own chicken than ordering from chicken tenders from this zaxbys

This was horrible! I waited in line for 40 mins to get mild wings. I love Zaxbys but this is unacceptable, and I have issues eveytime i go to this location. No sauce on the wings, plus very cold when I received them. I can tell the cashier was very overwhelmed. When I said thank you, he didn't say anything back or even acknowledge me at all. He just had a blank stare on his face. That should have given me a clue and I shouldn't paid for those wings. Waste of money!!!! Will NOT return to this location.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, I've been sitting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, can't get out, still 4 cars back. The wait time at this location is insanely lengthy. I have no plans to come back.

Inside for takeout. After waiting 31 minutes at a table I walked up to see what the deal was. I must say the drive through line was long and that’s why I went inside. The young lady was rude really both of them and had attitude’s because I was upset and just wanted to know how 30 people in the drive through got served but somehow the people who got out the car and went inside have to wait twice as long. If your that short staffed close the inside, close online ordering but then to be rude about it is what made me choose to write this review. I’m 41 and I’m not going going to get an attitude with a 18 punk girl but I’m not going to take one from her either. Do better

The food is fine, but the service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The last two times I have been there I was waited for 45+ minutes while watching 16 year olds stare at a screen and ignore customers while their boss sits in a booth and does nothing at all. I’ve worked in food service, I prefer not to leave bad reviews. I will never go here again.

If you’re looking for a Zaxby’s experience that feels like a social experiment in how much disappointment one can endure, this is the place for you. First, the dining area was a post-apocalyptic wasteland—overflowing trash cans, no napkins, and a vibe that screamed ‘abandon hope, all ye who enter here.’
I ordered extra crispy fries, but apparently, ‘soggy as a wet sock’ was the special of the day. The chicken? Let’s just say it tasted like it had been contemplating its life choices for far too long. Oh, and the best part? It took over 20 minutes to get my food in a completely empty restaurant. I guess they were busy… playing hide-and-seek with the fryer.
If you enjoy dining with despair, by all means, pull up a chair. Otherwise, keep driving.

Closed the doors one hour early because they are too lazy to do what they are supposed to do which is serve food. Stopped answering the phone and serving food at 10 when they close at 11 if your hours are closing at 11 then close at 11

Although service was slow because they are very short-handed, the food was excellent and exactly what we ordered. The people working did their best and remained cheerful and pleasant. Definitely worth waiting for if you are a Zaxby's fan

I can't give this a completely fair review yet. I tried 3 times to get the birthday cake milkshake since it's been brought back. It has been unavailable due to machine is broken down. My updated review is due to waited in a line of people for around 15 minutes before they 2 people behind counter informed everyone they're not taking orders. Would have been nice to be informed little sooner. If gets better I shall update. (For this location)

This Zaxbys has consistently let me down. Usually you’re waiting 15-29 minutes AFTER placing your order and
Paying before you get your food. Wry common Fairview road is busy- but also NO ONE inside has any initiative. Hoods up earbuds in standing around while food is just sitting in the window. Very common when the workforce is what it is…. However. My final visit was a full 37 minutes waiting on a single 5pc wings and things combo. 5 wings 3 strips toast and fries. Ordered at 7:03 and at 7:41 I got my food after walking inside to ask for a refund…. Will never be back.

I work in food so I am well aware how reviews impact a business, however I don’t feel like calling the store itself would make a difference for this location. I waited over 20 minutes for a salad and a small fry. The person on expo (who I believe to be a shift lead/manager had no sense of urgency whatsoever. Actually all 4 of the women working the front had zero awareness of anything happening around them. The cashier after taking orders stood on her phone she could have been running orders to drive thru and helping out with sorting the bags and helping with drinks. There was no communication between the 4 of them in any way to work together or help each other to help reduce the wait. There were 5 orders at one point bagged up and they weren’t sorting them to give out. The line for drive thru when I got there was long which is why I chose to go inside. But inside was not crowded there were 3 people waiting for their food when I walked in and those people stood there for 15 minutes when I was there so I don’t know how long they were there. They definitely need someone to step up and give direction and maybe a refresher in customer service and work ethic would be helpful.
