This has to be the most unorganized Zaxbys in the upstate. It definitely seems that the customer is always the problem, or it could be the staff here is more concerned with flirting with other employees than to make sure you (the customer) even get what you ordered. If your hungry for something you didn't order and dirty floors this is the place for you.

I've been waiting in the drive through line for over 15 minutes

Says their milkshake machine don’t work…More like the employees don’t work. They sound very condescending over the Mic and don’t even let you finish your Order and sound annoyed when you add more. All while you can hear them giggling in the background like it’s a joke. I expect better! Zaxybs is one of my favorite restaurants I just hate that they don’t pick their employees better

Nice place to rub one out

The employees here make all of the difference. I went 30 min from closing and there was a big line and I felt bad. The employees were still so nice!

Terrible service, waited what felt like forever for someone to acknowledge me. (Lots of workers doing nothing ignoring me some even laughed at me waiting.) Also passing me not offering to help. Only until managers came out staff finally decided to do their job. Very disappointing experience.

This place needs some serious improvements in their workers. Every time I go, it is a long wait to receive food. When I tried to go through the drive thru, they wouldn’t even take order. I had to go inside and it took 25 minutes for the food and then when went to eat the food it was cold. Like cold cold from fridge and dipped in sauce. The 2 ladies working were in a small dispute over what area they were assigned too. Neither wanted to work the drive thru. Guess that’s why no one took my order. I will not be going to this location again.

Terrible customer service. Not acknowledged when we waited 5 minutes to order, then the female who came to take our order walked up dancing instead of apologizing for our wait. And look at the size of 2 of my chicken wings after waiting 15 minutes for them to come out. We won't be back here.

My family just left this store. I wish I could give it zero stars because that’s what they deserve. Apparently there is no management on site. This store is the nastiest Zaxbys I have ever been in in my 68 yrs of life and I eat at them very often. When walking in the door the little girl that was taking orders was so rude and hateful! We ask for extra seasoning on our fries and got no seasoning at all. The bread was hard like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. I had to take our food back and ask for seasoning for our fries and they put just a tiny bit on half of the fries. No napkins at all in the holder.Tea was spilt all over the counter and never wiped up. It was extremely sticky. The tea was soured,the trash cans were running over into the floor and all tables were dirty. We had to clean our own table. Trash all over the floors.Workers walking by it many times and never offfered to clean anything. We were the only 3 people in there. It was 8:05 pm 3/7/25 so being busy is no excuse! There were 3 girls running the front. No one was there when we walked in. Everyone standing around talking. The kitchen was full of workers but it took us 30 minutes to get 3 plates of food. The bathrooms were disgusting. I refused to use them. I will be calling corporate and DHEC on Monday. This place need to be shut down. It is a disgrace.

They take too long to respond to you over the speaker. U, we'll just be waiting there, saying hello.

We used to love this location. They used to have an excellent team and we always had a great experience. But in the past year or so, it’s gotten to the point where we just don’t bother anymore. We went inside today to get lunch hoping to avoid a long wait at the drive thru, but we ended up turning around and walking back out because no one approached us to receive any service. It was way past the lunch rush (around 2p), and the team there just glanced at us and didn’t do a thing. The past few times we’ve been, we’ve had to wait for 30+ minutes in the drive thru, only to have our order be incorrect or cold or all of the above. So disappointing. We probably won’t be back now.
