The bathrooms were deplorable. There was no toilet paper. The dining area was missed straws.All over the floor the drink area was sloppy. There was a young lady spraying down and cleaning tables. Unfortunately, she was spending more time chatting with her friends from high school. It's actually working. I like Zaxby's.I won't go to this particular location again.

Terrible service, waited what felt like forever for someone to acknowledge me. (Lots of workers doing nothing ignoring me some even laughed at me waiting.) Also passing me not offering to help. Only until managers came out staff finally decided to do their job. Very disappointing experience.

Although service was slow because they are very short-handed, the food was excellent and exactly what we ordered. The people working did their best and remained cheerful and pleasant. Definitely worth waiting for if you are a Zaxby's fan
