8/23. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Cook was very unprofessional. He was unhappy that we ordered food just before close. Voiced this out loud knowing we could hear.
Then we were served old stale food. My mozzarella sticks were simply dropped back in the fryer. So not only were they old and stale but over cooked to the point all the cheese was gone and broken into pieces

The only way I could post this review is by giving one star. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here!! I'm surprised they're still in business. I literally squeezed the grease out of my chicken sandwich, and it had to be remade before said squeezing took place. Not good. My cats refused to eat it. THAT'S bad🤮

I finally just finally in 5 yrs, i finally got a really good sandwich, i believe it was the baon king combo or the number 2, onion rjngs instead if fries. The first lady who started my order sounded mad as all get out that we were there, but i saw the store manager lady working hard and pacifying customers, she was a professional. So for once ny food was hot amd actually fresh and u wanna say thank you to the nuce lady i. The red shirt on 7/31/25

Great service for once keep up the good work BK night shift
No diaper changing space or counter to use for baby in restroom. Stopped here to grab a bite and clean up baby while passing through on our travels. Thought choosing a chain like BK would let us “have it our way” and meet our child’s needs. Instead resigned to the back seat of the car floor. Another family stopping as well for same use and had to break it to them as well no changing space. They were also disappointed.
