The service is horrible. A majority of the staff who work there during the day just seem like they don't care about how they do their job. Flip a coin if your order is right or not. Just overall bad experiences, slow service, and a select few staff who always seem to have an attitude with the customer.

Okay... so when you consider overall reviews, jus know that the higher stars are mostly from years back. Today was my last day there. My wife quit eating there a year ago, but I wanted to believe they have just been having a moment and would course correct.... they have not. Customer service is almost non-existent. I feel compassion for the workers. My hunch is, they have never been properly trained. None of them, including the people who do the training. Just a hunch. I finally wrote corporate today. I have only filed a corporate complaint one other time in 62 years, so it's not like it is something I regularly do. The owner needs corporate accountability. The person who oversees that person needs corporate accountability. The employees need corporate...as in not from anyone associated with that BK... training. And finally, the bathroom, well, reminds me of bathrooms from the 60s that have condom vending machines in them. They need to be totally gutted, acid washed and rebuilt. If the bathrooms are that bad that I can see, and smell, then I have to wonder what the kitchen cleanliness is like that I can't see. Everyone could win (The person who owns it, the manager, the employees, the customers and Burger King's reputation) if someone at corporate would just step in and give these people some help and training. I really hope they will do that. Until that happens, I will not be going back.
