Ordered online with mobile app, using 5.99 coupon code. Ordered a handmade pan with beef & bacon and traditional sweet tai wings! The my driver arrived within reasonable time with very hot food! I called a asked if the would run my wings through twice (I like to make sure it’s cooked ) and they honored my request! She was very sweet and friendly over the phone. They were cooked perfectly! I ordered online this is the 3rd order this month, I order at least monthly. I checked to track the order and it showed canceled. I checked my phone and yes they did call, unfortunately I was indisposed at the time they called. I called right back and was put on hold. I waited for 15 minutes according to phone timer and no one came to the phone so I hung up and called again, this time it was answered and I explained what happened. It happened to be the driver. Horrible service the guy Caleb Porter that answered the phone was extremely rude and they didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us that the delivery was going to take over 2 hours and did not offer our order to be free for the inconvenience and will never order from this place again. And we ended up canceling our order and did not even tried to offer us anything free.
