“We have been going to Freeman's BBQ when we are in the area for over 40 years now. Some things have changed for the better, they have tables now. Nothing has gotten worse in 40 years. The BBQ is great and the vinegar based sauce is spectacular. This is a quintessential BBQ spot, no frills, just good food. The third generation has kept all the good things that have kept us coming back for more than four decades.”

“My husband got Prime Rib & I got the fried chicken , both were YUMMY! Prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Do yourself a favor & try it out.

Kid-friendliness: Several tables had children (7& up) & they were so well behaved you didn't notice until you saw them.”

“This is a extremely clean subway due to the low foot traffic. The meat is always fresh. We tend to buy the same thing every time. That would be The steak with double meat, the ultimate b.m.t deluxe which is extra meat, and the rotisserie chicken,bacon and ranch with double meat we spend around 60 bucks with these sandwiches because of all the extra meat and cheese.”
