We drove 15 minutes to find out you can not fish from dock, it is private property that has signs posted stating you can not fish. It does look like there MAY be boat rentals but if what you’re looking for is a pier to fish off, this is NOT the place.

We went for the first time today. We were excited to try a new place to eat. Unfortunately, it was nothing like the pictures posted and the food was subpar at best. My husband’s tea was spoiled. My burger was very rare inside and I don’t eat red hamburger meat. The bread was hard on the bun. The most disappointing were the fries. They were very very dark like old old grease. They were dripping grease and even after rolling them in paper towels they were still super greasy. My husband had chicken fingers which were fried hard and dry and left in the grease way too long. There was little seasoning to none on the hamburger meat that I tried to eat. No salt on the fries and the salt on the table was wet with moisture. There was no desert as pictured or salads. Sorry, once was enough for us. We will not be back. 🥲

Potato Creek Landing, our most favorite place on the Lake! Owners are super nice and made us feel right at home. Store/ restaurant, some of the best food on the lake with awesome service! You can set inside or outside and eat with a great view of the Lake. They have water slides for the kids and other games as well. One of the things I love the most about Potato Creek Landing is they love to see the kids have a good time and are always having different events for the kids. All the kids love it here. We come almost every weekend and we love it. Nice family getaway for sure. If you haven’t already visited, make sure you put it on the top of your to do list. You will not be disappointed, that’s a promise. As far as pets , Just be sure to leave the big dogs/little mean dogs at home ?. They are not welcome with all the small kids here. Come on out and enjoy.

Just had lunch at Potato Creek Landing and it was great. My wife had the BLT basket while I had the double cheeseburger basket and we were stuffed. Not only was the food terrific but the friendliness of the staff (Amy) is second to none.

Went here to launch a boat in November. The lake water level was down so the ramp was dicey to launch but I made it work. The folks in the country store are friendly and they have a decent looking menu, smelled good but we didn’t stay. Restrooms were very clean. Good access to Potato Creek area of the lake if you are interested in fishing there.
