Walked in and dude with dreads gave me the dirtiest look then had me waiting for 5 minutes before he decided to wash his hands out his gloves on then tells me “what you want”? The worst subway experience I’ve had avoid at all cost trust me I’m sure that guy sabotages the food

Friendly staff, good customer service.
Rude customer service from an employee name Annette. She rush you to make a decision on your sandwich. She acts as if you are bothering her. No knowledge of store products when asked. She cut me off when asking the price of a foot long due to not one, but all of the menu screens being off. After all said and done, my husband didn’t want his sandwich due to her rudeness. I still brought mines because it was made. She rung it up. She said, you want a receipt? I said yes please. She responds, “there is is” as she walks off to the back of the store. She wanted me to get the receipt off the printer. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to go here after the experience I endured.

Well I listened to rap music super loud playing all the way in the back saying cuss words and using the n word all the time its definitely a 3.5
This subway sucks. Bread was hard and not much tuna on sandwich. Wish I would of taken a picture

The online ordering was turned off so couldn’t use coupons

Terrible experience. Out of multiple ingredients. Staff has a snotty "better than you" attitude. Ordering a sandwich from this subway is subjecting yourself to snide remarks, curt responses and annoyed glances. On top of it all, they don't even know how to make their "order by number" sandwiches. muttering the words "I'll take it how it comes" will award you an annoyed glance for sure. I'd recommend avoiding this subway.

"I had a terrible experience at the Subway inside the Love Travel Stop. The employees had a bad attitude and clearly didn’t want to be there. They were unhelpful and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the menu. It was obvious they didn’t know the menu well because they couldn’t explain the options or even offer combos. On top of that, they didn’t mention anything about beverages, so I had to ask for a drink. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the whole place felt like it was being run by people who just didn’t care. I won’t be coming back to this location."
Food has been very good each time we've ate here. Inside or take away.

Charged us for 2 12 inch subs instead of 2 6 inch subs. Said it's nothing they can change and that it's subways fault that the prices aren't correct on the board. Very unimpressed. Very disappointed. Subway, do better.

The food is Subway as usual - nothing to complain about. I particularly liked the service here. They're patient, kind, and get the orders done in a reasonable time.
