Terrible experience. Out of multiple ingredients. Staff has a snotty "better than you" attitude. Ordering a sandwich from this subway is subjecting yourself to snide remarks, curt responses and annoyed glances. On top of it all, they don't even know how to make their "order by number" sandwiches. muttering the words "I'll take it how it comes" will award you an annoyed glance for sure. I'd recommend avoiding this subway.

"I had a terrible experience at the Subway inside the Love Travel Stop. The employees had a bad attitude and clearly didn’t want to be there. They were unhelpful and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the menu. It was obvious they didn’t know the menu well because they couldn’t explain the options or even offer combos. On top of that, they didn’t mention anything about beverages, so I had to ask for a drink. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the whole place felt like it was being run by people who just didn’t care. I won’t be coming back to this location."

Charged us for 2 12 inch subs instead of 2 6 inch subs. Said it's nothing they can change and that it's subways fault that the prices aren't correct on the board. Very unimpressed. Very disappointed. Subway, do better.

Worse sub ever, got the buffalo chicken on Italian herbs and cheese. when I got to my truck to eat it it was soggy and falling apart at the seams. I didn't get any oil or vinegar on it either just sauce. Next time I will go to McDonald's. I know I'm wasting my time writing this because y'all don't care be we're just a bunch of truck drivers.
Although it's 20:37 (8:37pm) on Sunday night 6/30/24, and they are "clearly" open. The woman is telling me that they are closed. This is a very busy truckstop but apparently Love's and Subway don't care enough about the truckers that keep this country going to honor the hours they advertise. This was a complete waste of time stopping here for something to eat.
