Have enjoyed Agave in Summerville many times but will not return because of poor customer service. Wanted some Guacamole for grandkids for Easter. Ordered 2 large Guacamole ( said the were 20once each) Recieved 2 orders in 5oz containers. Mgr stated they were 20oz when questioned. States 5oz on containers. $15 for 10oz…. I know it’s homemade but that’s insane.

This was our first time at Agaves. I had the Pepe’s burrito, which was very good. My only thought is that the sauces were all at the bottom of the burrito. My son had the cheesesteak burrito. He gulped it down and is still talking about how good it was. My wife had the salmon. She loved it.

Ordered off Uber eats. My daughters Enchiladas didn't even show up, way overcooked the Carne Asada and I guess they decided to substitute the charro beans for refried beans. This place is a jokeKid-friendliness: Completely forgot my daughters food. Kid friendly?? I think not
We had a company event here, and the team was here served 60+ people, all with a smile. Will be back for another round and another margarita. ?

When called previously to make a reservation for 5, they said it wasn't needed because they wouldn't be busy and could easily accommodate. Upon our arrival, there was absolutely no booths available, as we hoped for. They did offer a table squeezed in between 2 large parties with screaming children. We were able to get a booth that we ourselves noticed was becoming available. The staff agreed but with little enthusiasm. They took forever to clean it, and left the table and the bench completely wet. We had to wipe all dry for ourselves. Then the heavy set Hispanic guy shows up and asks us to leave because I have a dog in the bag. My dog is a quiet 9 lbs sweet thing that stays in his bag and makes no noise. He is my emotional support dog which wasn't acceptable there. No reservations, careless attitude and dismissive service gets Agave near Cane bay a C - GRADE. I was dining there at least 4 times prior to today's fiasco. Always with my dog, strangely enough. They seem pretty bi- polar at this Agave joint. The rules change there depending on the direction of the wind. After today- I will never return. This place doesn't need my business. They must be doing amazing $They should not be rewarded for this kind of attitude. Save your $ for the next 300 Mexican restaurants in the area

Young man did understand my order 2 out of six orders translation was not good in the order was incorrect. My husband enjoyed the rose compuo that came out I waited on the Texas rice with chicken it was deliciousParking: small parking lot. If other Merchants are closed then it would be enough parking on that strip. But then again the restaurant's not that big so it's probably enough parking for the amount of people that can be seated

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants to eat at, the location was convenient, service was good and the food USED to be so delicious. I only eat seafood as a meat and often order the shrimp, I never noticed any problems before but the last time I visited, I knew something was wrong with my shrimp tacos. The smell was horrid. Something told me to take a look at them and when I did…. My shrimp was BLUE. With crumbles of fungus coming out of it. Never coming back again.

We just tried this yesterday, and it was pretty good. The service was amazing, though, very welcoming and super nice. Chips and dip were ok. I wasn't a fan of the salsa idk what it was, but for me, it was too sweet and tasted like spaghetti sauce. Guacamole was very good though. We got the sampler appetizer and it was huge!!! We didn't expect it to be that big lol but it was delicious. It came with chicken taquitos, cheese Quesadilla, and nachos. Seriously, it's a meal to share, and you'll be full after that. But we each still got a meal which I forgot to get a picture of, but I got the chicken milanese with rice and guacamole. Chicken was very tender, seasoned well, and huge! My boyfriend got a huge burrito, which he finished and liked also. The inside is very nice too, clean and decorated pretty. Would love to try it again.
