I work next to Agaves, I’m originally from California. I know good Mexican food. I love this place great tacos and great service. My waitress Genesis was the best. All the servers are the best. Not sure if he is the owner or manger but he’s also great! 10/10.

The service is really nice and friendly. This is not really Mexican food. Nothing traditional about it. The lime margarita tasted like it came out of a can. The music was way too loud for a social gathering.

I am from the west coast so we have authentic Hispanic food. I felt my food was very bland with no flavor for a chimichanga. The rice and beans were really good, my partner had the Pollo asada and really enjoyed it I again felt it was not very flavorful but smelt amazing.

The drinks were the best part, service was good, and the atmosphere and decorations were really well.

Eat here if you want your credit card information stolen! Last night was the first time I let my debit card out of my site in months. This morning I woke up to two charges of $399 to a Shell company!

Agaves Cantina food and service is on point. I ate there with my wife and two sons. We enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. The noise level in this restaurant was rather loud. The music could be turned down some. Conversation was a struggle. Overall, 5-star all the way.

Agaves cantina
Spicy cucumber margarita unusual and very tasty. Dos xx negros draft
Warm tortilla chips and not spicy watery salsa
Monika server useless doesn’t know the menu and can’t offer any suggestions after 3 months of serving Gave the wrong side and got tons of attitude said I should have told her different even after I told the manager.
Carlos manager nice guy very helpful knowledgeable and helpful
Very nicely set up indoors and outside decorated with Mexican music
Ceviche shrimp
Outstanding. Chopped shrimp, avocado cucumbers tomatoes cilantro lime. Appetizer that is a meal in itself.
chile Colorado steak and spicy sauce Beef thinly sliced in a moderate spicy sauce. 4 out of ten for heat but 8 out of ten for flavor. Very tasty. But I ordered different sides. Spicy sauce was excellent. Carlos the manager brought out the side. Very cheat able.
More of a keto meal but well worth the money and effort.
A definite easy carnivore with simple carb sides choice. Plenty for carnivore eater to cheat with. If you want to cheat this is the place to do it.

Had lunch chimichanga, loved it. However, I didn’t care for the quac-salad, too much lime juice.

Best fresh most delicious Mexican food! This was my 1st time there & I'll definitely return. We had a birthday dinner for my sister. We had Steak Fajitas, Carnitas, & Carne Asada. Everything was served promptly & hot. Victor gave us superb service.

Nice restaurant. The staff were good great service. The food is processed. Cold canned chicken dumped in my texas dip was gross. Everyone else at my table enjoyed the food.

Agaves was underwhelming. Five people near the front desk and not one of them addressed me; said hello. So I helped myself to the bar. The bartender didn’t smile to me, but later when two gals came to the bar he finally split a smile to them. He did get my one, and only, drink order fairly quickly, but failed to follow up the rest of my meal, too busy to just ask if I wanted another. The food was mixed. I got a skirt steak (knowing I wouldn’t eat much and bring most home), and it was chewy. While I know skirt steaks are not the most tender cut, if done right they can be delish. This was too chewy and I couldn’t finish some of the few bites I had because of the tough gristle. Grilled onions and steamed veggies were good, not outstanding, and could have been more seasoned.

The food was subpar. Pepe burrito did not come with any sides and was not very full. My wife’s taco salad was grossly over salted. If you want authentic Mexican food go to a street vendor for tacos calle, the food here is just kind of bland.

Very nicely decorated with an agave theme. The popularity gives rise to a very full parking area. The food is good and plentiful. However, I found it low in character. I don't mind the low capsicum but other subtle flavors were missing.
I will complement them on how they accommodated us. I explained that we were 3 pairs arriving separately. No problem. Got a table for 6 and margaritas while waiting for our companions. The margaritas were marvelously limey.
