Mannnnnnnn I went here after a 16-hour shift hungry as hell. (Alone) watched the people across from me that sat down after I got there eat their food and leave before I even got mine. On everything I am such a kind person and I would never be mean to anyone over getting my order wrong. (which one came out wrong and I didn't like the other meal it was the 2 for 25 deal) cool, I was going to send it back but my server took about 12 minutes to even check on me after receiving my food. Listen, I was frustrated but I do not have a mean bone in my body! Maybe she took my frustration (me sighing and grabbing my face or something as being mean...? Idk)
I'm a former applebees server. We have a 3 minute rule and I was so disappointed with my service. The server asked me what can she do for me and I honestly didn't have an answer because I didn't know what else I wanted so I told her to go to the lady with the kids who was waiting on her and come back for me. When I tell you she never came back for me!!!! She went to the bartender I guess to say I don't know what to her but afterwards, the manager came up to me after about another 10 minutes of me sitting there waiting , watching the server, bartender then manager who later joined chit chat while I sat there hungry. This lady came up to me, Didn't tell me she was the manager and asked me what the problem was. I Explained to her and she tried to justify the server made a mistake. Cool I was already over that, I just wanted something else but the way I was treated.... They made it seem like I was in the wrong and I was being rude or mean or whatever the case was. The manager came back with the bill for the mozzarella sticks I ate and honestly as a professional I would have comped that. I tried to go up to the bartender to at least get a drink before I left but she refused to come up to me. The manager then came up and asked me what I wanted. That lady missed out on what could have been a 50$ dollar tip as I am big on customer service. I am I big tipper, and a bit more generous during the holidays. I was treated horribly and still let a 4 dollar tip on some 9 dollar mots sticks and a shot 🥲🥲🥲 I felt soooo bad I cried in my car when I left from how shitty I felt about the situation. I'm 32 years old and was never treated this way At a restaurant let alone one I used to work at and one I love. I was way too tired to even go anywhere else as I spend an hour and a half here. I want to sleep hungry from the little energy I had to stop anywhere else or even cook as I had to get up at 3 am for another 16 hour shift. I felt horrible ! The Host! was the sweetest thing ever tho.

Quality of food, lack of management, etc. Oh and let's not forget the drunk the bar in the middle of the afternoon lighting up cigarettes.

Had a very nice time at the bar with my boyfriend before going to see a movie. Tim was our bartender and he was very attentive and nice! Gave us great suggestions for dessert and the drinks were really good! Sad their flat top was down! But didn't degrade our experience, will definitely come back!

We were seated in a booth with lumpy, uncomfortable seats. Overdue for renovation. We had come in to have hamburgers. We were told they didn't have them. Your menu has them, but someone had failed to order ground beef. Wow! My husband ordered a Sweet Tea (because you don't have Coke) and a Chicken Tender Platter, asking for Ranch on the side instead of the Honey-Mustard. I ordered the Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders, asking for the sauce on the side. The "Sweet Tea" came as "weak leaf water" and had no sweetness at all. The food arrived and looked nothing like the pictures on your menus. My husband's meal - The chicken strips were juicy and reasonable, the shoestring "classic" fries were barely warm, reasonably seasoned, but greasy. The coleslaw was crisp and colorful. My meal arrived with three tiny pieces of chicken with equal amounts of crispy coating and meat inside. The breadstick tasted old, and the bottom was harder than it had been in the past. The pasta appeared dry with literally a half-teaspoon of bacon bits on top, which wasn't even enough to garnish the dish. It had a water cream colored liquid in the bottom, which you pass off as "four-cheese". I stirred the pasta in the liquid, and upon eating, tasted nothing. It definitely didn't taste like cheese. We asked to speak to the manager about the food. She came to the table and heard us out, and apologized. She offered to get me a replacement for my entree, and I declined, stating that it would not change the lack of flavor in the pasta. She made no other offers or suggestions, and I said that we would make the best of what was brought out to the table. I suggested that she check the "Sweet Tea" container, as it wasn't sweet. I ate two pieces of chicken, the breadstick, and 3 forkfuls of the pasta to try and make sense of the lack of any flavor in the pasta (which made up more than half the entree). Upon picking up the third piece of chicken, I found a dead bug on my pasta. At this point, I called the waitress over and said that I would not be eating anything more and did not expect to pay for my entree. She confirmed the bug and took the plate away. She came back and removed the entree from the bill, we paid and left. Our Server, Stacy R, was the only really good thing about our experience. She got them one star for service, and they got 1 star for my husband's meal. That is 2 out of 5, making the rating subpar.

Sunny was absolutely amazing!! Very attentive, she provided great hospitality. Thank you so much Sunny! We will be back.

Our server Dillon was amazing. It was a packed house but she made sure we were taken care of. The rest of the staff was amazing as well just didn’t catch any other names. Best fried pickles I’ve ever had!

Went to restaurant for Veterans Day
Had to wait outside for 20 minutes. Got in and seated but no one would wait on us for 25 minutes
Finally left. Typical as a Vietnam vet that no one cares about
