Food was meh....but the service was some of the worst I've ever had. Stood at the front counter for approx 5 minutes before anyone even came to take my order. Before coming to the counter she was behind the prep/service wall having a very loud conversation complaining about other employees. When she did come around I was shocked that her name tag said she was the GM. No greeting, just looked at me like "what do want". Just horrible service, especially coming from a manager

The rest of my family‘s food was OK. The fries were cold we ordered large drinks but only received medium drinks because they were out of large cups My chicken sandwich that I ordered from there obviously had been sitting around or fried too long because when I only took one bite out of it, it literally hurt my front teeth because of how hard it was Tried to call twice for a manager both times got hung up on when I finally got sick of it and went up there the person that hung up on me twice on the phone was the manager

No one working counter. Ran out of milkshake mix in middle of order, short shake for granddaughter... they offered a lemon aid. Missing one Gyro, when in after 7 minutes I got some one's attention, they handed me a bag with the gyro in it.

The staff at this store are so rude.I cannot believe this store is open.The staff is so nastyPreparing the foodOne Staffmember had four inch fingernails and she could even grab the food also I would like to add the night we were there picking up food when we walked in they said we have no beef or cheese sticks customers will walk it out as fast as they're walking in and also the staff was huddled in the back not helping the customers when they came in I just feel really sorry for the owner because he's losing money with his staff they don't care.

Our food was good, for that 3 stars. But the customer service was highly lacking. We stood waiting for a while without any help, and then the manager came. She wasn't overly happy to get our order. Our food came out correct and warm.

Loved the food and appreciated the friendly staff. I came for Potato cakes, got potato cakes, loved potato cakes. Potato cakes now discontinued, not going back until they return!

I had hoped this place had improved, but it's gotten worse. The employees are rude and act like they couldn't care less, so slow I had forgotten what I had ordered by the time I finally got it.

Our order was wrong, first. When taken back inside, to correct, the cashier was rude and had an "who cares" attitude. Replacement meal was horrible. Chicken supremes were fried to a crisp, too hard to eat. My sweet tea was hot and unsweetened. Our biscuits were better used for playing hockey. First and hopefully the last visit to this location.
