Went there Sunday @11am place locked up tight manager never showed up 11-2-25 had to go @1pm ordered 3 cobbler and they forgot to put stuffing on all 3 place is going down hill

I hate regret to say that I was very disappointed and I usually am not at this arby's and the food is always normally really good, but I ordered 2 loaded Italians pay for it online. This morning, I'm with to go pick it up and was informed. They don't make them anymore so I ended up getting Roast Beef and Swiss French dips but cheese was melted all over the paper.Not on the sandwich and the only gave me not even a half a container of the au jus how is very disappointing?Never have I had this kind of experience with ordering online and then not getting what I ordered

The Arby's on Main St. In Summerville, the food was okay that day,except one of the items didn't have one of the items on it, so I had to head back to Arby's. The fries were cold, and you're never greeted when you walk in, and they have you waiting to order . The crazy thing is they see you when you walk in.
Filthy. Food all over the floor and tables. Floor is sticky. Garbage is filled to the top in every garbage can. Men’s bathroom faucet does not work. Food wasn’t warm and looked suspect. Must have some serious management issues for it to look like this. If the dining room looks dirty, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like behind the scenes. Desperately needs a manager who cares. Sad, please do better.

They were out of very sauce except ketchup, mustard, and horseradish. They were out of most of the menu. I guess they’re out of a manager as well based on this. I will skip this location going forward.

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches, and 1 beef n cheddar. The meat looked like cow tongues on the 2 roast beefs was also grey in color, on the beef n cheddar the meat was raw in color and had a lot of the tubing in it. Went to take the meat in in a zip lock bag the next day, I waited at the counter for a few minutes. There was a lady waiting and said she's been there 10 minutes trying to order. When a lady came up she was rude, she said they just cut the meat thick and it was the end parts of the meat, that there was nothing wrong with it! I said look at the color. She said so what do u want, another sandwich, I said no my money back. She couldn't do it so I called cooperate. A guy that answered the phone the night that I got it to ask about the meat, and I asked for a manager or supervisor, he said for what, very rudely. I will NEVER go back to this location. Nasty and rude! Never had meat like that before, ever!

The sandwich was thin . And I'm happy that they brought back the potato cakes, but every last Arby's I've been through is the same. Fried too hard on one side. And another complaint that's not just this restaurant but all of them do it. The bathroom rooms are too exposed to the lobby.
