The sandwich was thin . And I'm happy that they brought back the potato cakes, but every last Arby's I've been through is the same. Fried too hard on one side. And another complaint that's not just this restaurant but all of them do it. The bathroom rooms are too exposed to the lobby.

Whoever was slicing the roast beef at 1:30 today was doing it wrong. It was double the thickness that it should be. Im not looking for grandmas hand sliced pot roast sandwich, I expect the roast beef to be thin sliced per Arbys standards

Our food was good, for that 3 stars. But the customer service was highly lacking. We stood waiting for a while without any help, and then the manager came. She wasn't overly happy to get our order. Our food came out correct and warm.
